    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone Today morning I recharge my number 998265625 with the help of @freecharge application. Amount is 149/- deducted from my bank account. #freecharge shows transaction is successfully completed. But my phone is not recharged.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello I did MNP from Airtel to VI. I just swapped the sim. It is showing VI network but when I call someone it is asking for some pin to activate. How to do that.? I am in Urgency.

    Vi's Night Bingle offer is totally fake. Tired with vi's service. @reliancejio was way better than this.... @ViCustomerCare

    Very bad experience with your Services, Regards my complaint 4 times I call your Helpline no and I asked Supervisor, but your Service Advisor disconnect my call all time without any solution. I have all call recordings also . @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am using 8140801908 no from 2009. From last 2 days getting error "not registered on network" Visited makarpura customer care center. They informed that this no. Is registered to other person name. What rubbish is this? How it can be possible? Give me solution.

    @ViCustomerCare Using mobile services from last 16 years but never this level of worst services, Everyone on the twitter is just replying the same message but no one is giving the resolution, this is just hell services, Even the head @rmstakkar @ViCustomerCare has no responsibility. just hell

    @ViCustomerCare More then 12 hours are over still there is no response and u all say it a good company. I will call it a hell of a company who doesn't know customer service. @rmstakkar CEO is also of no use. Just made a Twitter I'd but work zero

    @ViCustomerCare have tried to email you regarding the problem, no honest reply. Since April end no resolution to the problem. Without services I am being billed, sad and disappointing. Either I will quit Vi as customer or you better resolve the issue now on priority.

    @ViCustomerCare Whole india is waiting for 5g where as here in jammu kashmir circle we VI postpaid customer are still waiting for VoLTE services.. such a shame. . atleast let us know when VoLTE will be enabled here in Jammu and Kashmir.
