    most unstable network @ViCustomerCare One month 3mbps with good network next month 30kbps with worst network even after complaining nothing fixed always same excuse "we are at the best position possible cannot improve" or we recently worked for the connection cannot improve.

    @ViCustomerCare Response from Vodafone: Defrauding customers has become a regular case. Customer service accepts charges are levied without informing the customer but no reversal.
