They have not activated 4g on sim level. Their customer care is not functioning. So I don't have much of a choice.

MAILS written..called up cust service but pathetic response. Hence degraded the tariff from Red business.Not worth paying money to such service providers

Also I've gotten a call from service executive who promised that he would connect me to the network team. But its been 4 days and m still awaiting that call.
