    @ViCustomerCare The concern is already mentioned in first tweet. Why do i have to recharge above 125 to get outgoing SMS ? As simple as that. If it os not the case, Suggest me a recharge pack so i will get outgoing sms service.

    @BhattRohin @ViCustomerCare The TRAI DND rules are flouted regularly by the banks / credit card agencies, by using personal numbers to call people. The DoT has been fairly ineffective in curbing this issue. One way is to disable alerts for calls from unknown numbers, which is available on iPhone.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been a loyal customer since 25 years. But I am going to switch. I have been receiving 5+ calls daily from the Vodafone Corporate team asking me to switch to some SIM. I am not interested and have said. Yet the calls don’t stop. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME.

    Is it just me or these calls from credit card companies have become more frequent? Like pestiferous bed bugs, they do not leave you alone-- multiple calls every day, including early mornings despite DND service being activated. @ViCustomerCare this is terrible.
