    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN What games are you guys planning. Every month my plan is being changed without by approval. Every month a complaint is registered and no action is taken against it. Customer service is going from bad to worst.

    @dheerajcarry @ViCustomerCare Good riddance! I think we should all collectively port out of @ViCustomerCare and we all already have the reasons why. Signal strength is weak, internet is slow, fraud-like plans, and cherry on top is the amazing customer support! #FraudVodafoneIdea #FraudVi

    @imkvkn79 @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is fraud. Get ported ASAP. Not getting incoming calls and SMS on my Vi SIM for the last 17 days. All my bank work is blocked because I don't have OTPs!!! Don't let this happen to you as well. They will NOT HELP. #FraudVodafoneIdea #FraudVI

    @ViCustomerCare Hello! Your complaint dated 30-Apr-2021 04:37:39 PM with reference number C003-104398489799 is registered. We assure resolution by 01-May-2021 04:46:14 PM., This issue has not been resolved, kindly update me with the progress.
