    @ViCustomerCare Seriously need an urgent solution to the network problem and internet fluctuation, Damaging a lot of my unsaved work. Call getting dropped when calling to customer care, tried everything else..if you can look into it as soon as possible or may be I need to switch.

    @ViCustomerCare You guys again submitted wrong bill of Rs. 80+Tax. On the name of mobile internet charges. We were notified you guys over phone as well as over twitter. Shared the print screen to share the correct bill but seems Vodafone doesn't respect thier words and customer

    I have just spoken with customer care representative of VI. Reason of call was to disable the Corona message IVR machine while trying to call anyone and everytime. He said no it can not be stop. Now i am porting my no. My mobile no. is 8424001215 #ViCustomerCare #IDEA #Vodafone
