    @ViCustomerCare No network since 8 hours now... This is happening in regular basis .can you imagine in 2021 no network it happens only with vi. Iam missing my calls etc. Never use vi .

    Hey Vi, I am not able to use my internet service since 29/07/2021. Raised multiple complaints too but Customer Support does nit take immediate action and tell me to wait for 2 hours always. Please resolve this issue on Immediate basis @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Aliya, I do not required any assistance. Location already provided to you and have a look on your site data base. Here many people have essential phone only they can not afford 4G phones they still and will continue to face such problems.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare my postpaid sim is not getting activated. It's nearly a month. I talked to your customer care executive on daily basis but no response. You are really a worst service provider.

    After one week of smooth 4G internet, the VI 4G is again down... Currently using 3G Tired by registering complaints every week. Gonna port my sim after a month when the recharge is over. Don't buy VI it's horrible. @ViCustomerCare
