    @ViCustomerCare Even my wife got irritated bcoz of 5-6 calls every day to convince us. If rather than call us, u could have delivered the SIM on time then probably your teams shouldn't have to give excuses every time calling us. Very Pathetic service mindset

    Is this what you call 5G service, @ViCustomerCare? Paying for 5G but experiencing low-quality 2G/3G speeds. Your connectivity is getting worse every day. This is a complete waste of my money😪

    @ViCustomerCare My SIM is already updated and working perfectly on 5G with no damage or loss issue. Still, I keep receiving repeated calls from the Nallasopara West ST Depot branch asking me to update the SIM again. Please stop these unnecessary calls. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare This issue is STILL not fixed properly. For a few days the network was working fine after my previous complaint, but again since the last 3–4 days the internet has become horrible.

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing network problems with my Vi SIM for the last 2 days. Sometimes there is no signal at all, and I’m unable to make calls or use the internet. In some places, the signal shows full bars, but the mobile data still does not work.

    Customers are paying full money just to suffer daily connectivity problems. Either fix the network permanently or clearly say you cannot, so people can switch to another network instead of getting frustrated every day. @ViCustomerCare
