  @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

  @ViCustomerCare Internet signal almost nil. Please confirm any bribe option for good internet as as suffering for long year. Otherwise send quantum of internet via post card by Indian post. I will pay post card price. No need to reply. Need service, not assurance.

  Shame @ViCustomerCare ! Your Vi stores are not leaving poor people in scamming. Vodafone converted prepaid to postpaid and the poor lady is struggling to pay a postpaid bill. Her monthly income is just ₹3k & these guys scammed her!

  @ViCustomerCare Hey VI, what kind of “unlimited 5G” are you selling? Data stops the moment daily quota is over. This is misleading customers. Fix this ASAP. I AM NOT ABLE TO USE UNLIMITED 5g , my work is affecting.
