    @ViCustomerCare @Airtelcustomer1 i do have both number on airtel two times recharge got done but no one is there to help me to get back that amount and from Vi calling not getting done and it hamper our job with this service I don't think I could be remain in your provision.

    @ViCustomerCare I had recharged 449 on 24/10/2021 which was expired on 24/12/2021. Within these 60 days period there was complete network problem for 12 days in December and wasn't able to use even single mb of data. Now I am going to file case for this loot.

    So @ViCustomerCare called to say that network at my home is fine. Clearly not wanting to understand issue that Whatsapp does not work in areas where there is no wifi. For specific locations I told them throughout Gurgaon delhi noida where there is no wifi. said they cud not help
