    @ViCustomerCare VI Phone no is 9753257367 from the morning I am not getting network but when I put the sim in IPhone it dons't work but just now I tried in android it worked but till today I have the same sim in Iphone only it working fine without any issue and alternative phone no 7987602596

    @ViCustomerCare Disconnection requests need multiple visits, endless calls, & patience of a saint. But bill collection? Sudnly the process is lightning fast—almost like special recovery teams r deployed. Priorities defined. Customer service optional, money collection mandatory 👏

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic service! No response from team VI in Kolkata. They don’t respond at all now . More than a month and my issue is not solved. Only call comes with false promise that the issue will be resolved with 24 to 48 hrs thereafter nothing. Sanjay Dixit

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I ordered for a sim delivery yesterday. Order number is DCHD13012613171, the delivery agent appointed is not picking calls since yesterday. Never expected this service. I ordered for a specific reason need this on urgent basis kindly kindly help
