    @ViCustomerCare Every evening there is an issue with internet connection. When called customer care they tell to restart or reinsert the sim, once my network was even connected to Karnataka, and each time they come up with a different change in network setting.

    Hello @JioCare, Leaving you for @ViCustomerCare was an absolutely disastrous decision. Their network is extremely pathetic. Please suggest me some good prepaid plans, preferably for 6 months or 12 months validity.

    Worst network from @ViCustomerCare At pincode 518350 , few days back I just switched from jio to vi , no signals , issues with Audio call , literally irritating with 4G network this is worst happening in telecommunication I have ever seen Worst vi 🙏🙏🙏

    @ViCustomerCare You’ve literally repeated the same thing all the other reps have. You haven’t given me a solution. I need the data now, not when my existing pack ends. My trip also ends then - what will I do with another roaming pack when I’ll already be back in India

    @ViCustomerCare I made a complaint regarding network issue on my Vodafone postpaid connection having 701 plan. I am receiving throttled speed on my connection while at same location I am receiving much higher speed on my other Vodafone postpaid connection which is having 401 plan
