    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare It is now around 24 hours since a NEW SIM card was issue to me [Pharos Media] and yet it is still NOT working. The first SIM card was Shame on such a heartless, brainless company.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi VI Team, I have ported my VI prepaid number to postpaid. But new SIM is still out of service. Please confirm how much time it takes to get the service and I'll be able to use.

    @ViCustomerCare Most worst service. Many times I complained but no solutions from operator. They have just promises after taking complaint and they just drop this msg within some days it will be resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare, Called helpline to port my # ad no network coverage. Rep suggested sim replacement. Replaced sim by visiting store at 1:30 y'day with an activation TAT of 2.5 hrs. It's not working yet. Helpline saying will be ok by 14Apr. 4 days without mob, really!!!
