    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP I have complained about network issues earlier also.. but its still the worst network. Weekend data rollover de rahi hai company but use toh tab hoga jab network aayega.. Before merger, network phir bhi achhaa tha. Worst customer care services

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged with 249 on 20 March 2021, at 9:31PM, and since then I am offline. No internet !! Called the customer care 3 times restarted my phone 10 times, manually selected network, manually set the APN but still issue remains. I don't get one thing, 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare I am waiting for ur network to get back on track, such pathetic network I have not seen even in 2G era. Pls don't try to contact me again, I already got contacted 2 times by ur team, they fix the issue only on temporary basis, wonder will there ever be permanent resolution

    Now in this Tim internet connection nd Very Poor and Call drop.I had also done a complete through Vi Application. But prob not solve Solve this problem otherwise I Port in other networks @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Don't need foolish suggestions of re inserting sim card. Speed is good at othe places. Fix the actual problem of network

    @ViCustomerCare It’s surprising after updating vi app again asking otp and finding sent to mobile and registered email ID but received no mail and sim I did off as out of country and fail to check my account

    @ViCustomerCare Aruna and @ViCustomerCare team, do you want us to port to Airtel or Jio? Please do something of your network. Your towers are down. I have 5 Vodafone numbers in my family that is showing “No Services” and will be ported if issue is not fixed today.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst customer care by Vodafone. Postpaid SIM not activated yet....made many calls to customer care worst response .
