    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare Very worst service. It's been 48 hours and no one has ever called from local delivery team. Your social media agents are also unhelpful and telling to wait. This proves why no one buys Vi. Better refund my amount. I will stay with Jio

    @ViCustomerCare my 76 YO aunt was forced to port her airtel prepaid to VI. And take a family plan 701. She was taking back her deceased husband's number as a remembrance. The vi store at nalasopara west didnt inform her about the 451 plan. Is this how VI is happy to help?
