  @ViCustomerCare Don't ever use it.. It's the worst network of all time.. I want to get my issue resolved and they need me physically present at the store.. Like we have all the free time in the world to visit the store personally..

  @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare This is a joke. I ordered a new sim on 9th may and till now I haven't received it. Not even a single call, even. Your customer care keeps assuring me that it will be delivered "at the earliest", but I've been hearing that from 2 days too! Pathetic!

  @ViCustomerCare it is commendable how VI customer care has made me suffer since the 5th of May 2022 and are continuing to do so, I lost my sim and want a new one. The gallery does not want to help, customercare, corporatecare & all India VI appellates do not reply:: PLEASE HELP!!
