    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    I have complaint more than 5 times since 3 month to @ViCustomerCare ,and come to know from VI employee that they have only 2G service available in my city. So how can they charge more than lakhs of customer for 4G service. They also not resolve it. Is this not a fraud.

    My vi no 97******74 . iam unable to send messages to anyone. I called @ViCustomerCare many times. They tell me that my number was suggest me to go to nearby vi store. So i go blocked for sms service due to suspected fraud and bulk sms. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare @SumanSi58970893 Vi Is poor service provider in Indian telecom company .I think it's very difficult for vi to survive in market with such pathetic service . while Airtel and jio provide fastest service and satisfactory service to consumer.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service from Vodafone Vi network. I recharged 30mins ago. Still it's not reflect. Still didn't get any message from Vi.

    @ViCustomerCare has the worst service ever. If you are looking to port or just get a new number, stay away from vi would be my suggestion. Mukesbhai here I come back to @reliancejio
