    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare you guys are worst. 3 different folks promised that my exit fee will be waived off over the phone. And just to confirm it another complaint is raised. Complaint number is C003-104470266012 by Roshan Gosai who doesn’t know how to check time!

    @ViCustomerCare Y’all are extorting money from people stuck abroad with hidden charges. And literally can’t reach out to anyone cuz your customer care is as useless as they come. Pathetic waste of company do not use their SIM cards. Better off using 2 coconuts on a string.

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare @ViCustomerCare Why being a major Service provider You are not able to provide better connection in #Digboi Poor network, no boradband connection facilities. Dont you think its important to prioritise to provide services in every part of India?

    Anybody knows how to talk to @Airtel_Presence customer care? @ViCustomerCare still harassing me, 2 months after I ported out of Vodafone, and I am not able to talk to a Human in Airtel. @trai how come telecoms are running most of the CC operations via BOTs only?
