    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare currently I’m in Bihar and your network is in horrible condition since 29th Oct 2021 not able to connect single call. This tweet is written after borrowing the hotspot from other network. Kindly do the needful.

    @ViCustomerCare As a Vodafone India customer with 3 no.s for more than 12 yrs Ive stayed for customer service and ease of use. The recent experience over the phone however has been hugely disappointing. Is this how its going to be after the merger? Sadly Will have to cancel!!

    @ViCustomerCare Guys you need to improve your network problems. I am facing network issues frquently.Even if I complaint after 3-4 days they call and just say we solved your problem and there was some issue in your area but we solved it.But its not its still there. Solve it fast!

    @rahulbhandari89 @ViCustomerCare Bro port ur number. They lie a lot and fool their customers. Trust me port is the only solution.
