    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare is becoming worst network ever. having trouble to browse internet on vi and when I contacted Their customer care they said that there is a rise in coustomer in your area so you are getting this problem. but still after 3 to 4 months what i got is just Excuses. #VI

    @ViCustomerCare It has only been discussed but still unresolved Dakshi. My doors are still open for @vodafoneIN_Fdtn engineers to visit my home, use my phone with the connection and experience the blissful service.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare ..1) I Am Vodafone Customer Since 14 Years, Since It Becomes Vi The Services Are Going Down. Since One Year Low 4G Internet Speed And Call Drops Ruin Your Reputation. I Was On 199 Plan. Last Year You Put Me On 299 Plan With Same Benefits..

    @ViCustomerCare I have use Your Sim Card more than last 10years & regularly payment done but last many month problems in your Internet Speed & bad network.Last month to shown network many times only (E) notuse 4G if Available 4G shown only 2network Why? Every complain not solve.

    Further Note: Post paid Bill payment - OK, No due Network: LTE VoLTE: ON WiFi Calling : ON Still Outgoing not working only from my number. @ViCustomerCare Resolution time 5-days!No wonder why subscriber base is going down. Note: Works for neighbors Vi numbers from my home. 2/2

    @ViCustomerCare Kannuthu villagers in #Trichy district are suffering without a cell phone signal. They will greatly benefit if you set up your company’s cell phone tower there.

    O/G call not working but neighbor's Vi number working well at my home! Raised complaint with @ViCustomerCare and on App. Resolution time is 5-days. Really??? Till then if any unforeseen emergency arise n not able to reach anyone due to this issue Will Vi b liable? 1/2 @DoT_India
