It's high time @ViCustomerCare you start to value your existing customers who's using your services for over 08 years. And if you can't service just inform customer on time so that they can take a decision. Request @TRAI to take some action on these services provider.

I swapped my VI sim due to network problem in my sim from local vi store (rampura phul dist bathinda 151103) but store manager charged me fee of Rs100 other companies provide this facility free of cost why your manager charged me this fee @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare The customer care has no clue about the services in VI mini store. Unavailability of network in my hometown leads to useless my number. When I want to activate my own number, VI mini store asking 10k for activation. worst services !! Highly unethical behaviour!

@ViCustomerCare I have visiting Vi store on 11th store on 11th march at 5pm for migration from post paid to prepaid I have taken the prepaid the store has told that it will activate in 12 hours but till now sim has not been activated. It seems that services are worst
