    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare World worst services given by Vi associates they didn't work properly, without any notice my five postpaid connection stopped working after seven days of activation. I'm really surprised what a service serve by Vodafone Idea .

    I was charged Rupees 300 for activating my Vi SIM at Vi store but got to know that the activation charges are just Rs. 50 in a message from the company. What a nice customer service @ViCustomerCare .

    BLACKMAILING from Vodafone i am using their service frm last several years but due to some reason not recharged for few months & now they r charging me 2000/- to activate num which was there frm several years.will port all my family numbers to other subscribers @ViCustomerCare
