    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    Pressed *123# from VI to check the balance, as it is the usual no in different networks. Immediately, got SMS 'Jokes Pack activated and 30 RS deducted'. Got refund after spending 8 minutes on customer care call. But, still it is cheating. Be aware of it @ViCustomerCare #VI

    @ViCustomerCare I am using Vi prepaid connection 9769351395 very disappointed form your services last 1 week i am getting only E signal my internet service not working only my number problem why ? Pls request to you check my connection i need 4G speed . As soon as possible solved my problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Still issue of network not solved and somebody told from retension team says this bill genrated but I don't pay but again generated 135 kindly waive amt or a port to airtel

    @ViCustomerCare Please check DM, did everything as requested for getting a duplicate sim. Still haven't received it. Its been months without connection. There is no help given!!!!
