    @ViCustomerCare i have ported my no. to airtel you processed refund and gave refund details of cheque which i never received again you send me mails that some amount is due from me and made me beleive and i paid amount this is really a cheating on us.i am happy i left u n ported

    I ported my sim to your company in Indore, there was network issue, then came to my village Jhansi, there was network issue. Now I am in Delhi but there are network issues here too. Network is 4G but running worse than 2G. ?? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Please provide of bihar and jharkhand Officer/grievance office number. I am complaining form last 1 months regarding internet speed. But nothing improve in VI service and i did 3 month recharge now i get trapped in their cheep service !

    @ViCustomerCare Only 2G is running in our area so far, 4G is not updated yet? In the name of the problem, there is only an effort from vi's side for years.

    @ViCustomerCare there is some issue with my data pack I recharge 149/- pack everytime and its get iver in 2 days where as the plan is of 28 days. This is been happening since a month now i have recharge 2-3 times in a month. Please help!

    @consaff Pathetic customer service by @ViCustomerCare. Sim not working abroad despite IR on. CC asked for re-issue of sim, all docs provided, activation request submitted 4 times in 2 weeks by the store rep. The processing teams say they are not getting the request. All clueless!

    @todaysdiwakar @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare They have decided to close. You can see poor service. There is no 4g indoor coverage or Vowifi. Only 2G network
