@VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

@ViCustomerCare There was an issue with a friend's data plan on Apple Watch cellular. We spoke to three different customer care executives and each of them disconnected the call. So after 30 mins, there was no output. High time Vodafone's customer care improves @AdityaBirlaGrp

@ViCustomerCare I'm literally fed up listening to these promises which are never fulfilled. I've raised several complaints & provided various opportunities for improvement but I shouldn't be surprised, as we are now well aware that Vi gives nothing except promises.

@ViCustomerCare I had ported jio sim in VI sim on 26th May, in which I had to get recharge for two months, but today it has been more than twenty days, I haven't got recharge yet, I spoke to the guy who ported my sim, he said I can't do anything.And in sim the network displays3G.

@ViCustomerCare I m unable to receive calls on my num as it tell people that it’s switched off when it is not & frequent call drops on outgoing calls, I’ve raised the complaint a number of times since last 3 months. If the issues cannot be resolved I need a refund of my recharge.
