    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @VodafoneIN You should really work work hard to improve your network. Lot’s of call dropping and I can not use internet. #closevodafone

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , My number 7976566719 was ported from Jio to Vi and is now showing “All services suspended temporarily”. No incoming/outgoing calls. Complaint closed without resolution. Need immediate action and restoration of services.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi Team, I want to enable the SIM Lock feature on my Vi SIM. However, I do not know the current SIM PIN. Could you please help me with the default SIM PIN or guide me on how to obtain/reset it? Also, please let me know how I can get the PUK code if needed.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare what's wrong with the network while I am in 5g data ends from the data pack and after the internet stops working why? 5g supposed to be unlimited or not .

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

    Yes absolutely right Their networking team and customer care team are not capable to solve the issue Give false statement too @ViCustomerCare Now I am also port my all (4) number to other networks
