    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare Can we expect resolution on this or let me the process to switch to other one. Only one week ago I ported out my all the number 9871590730 to Vi. Which I did a big mistake to trust your network. It's very bad experience.😞

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service, I ported my number to @airtelindia after having a series of bad experiences with VI but the executive promised me a two month waiver if I cancelled my port, I cancelled and now VI is saying can't be waived off (1/3)
