    @ViCustomerCare it's awful to share my disgrace towards recent data speed of Vi.Though I'm now in Malda, proper town the speed rarely exceeds 50kb/s.To download only 3mb file it's taking 45mins minimum. Does Vi declare themselves as India's fastest network?Totally disappointed

    @ViCustomerCare Today we are cheated by VI. We request to port our number. A Vi representative sms us a cancel request and requested to forward sms to 1900 to complete the porting process. We fwded sms and the request is cancelled. Shameful act by Vi.

    The service provided by @ViCustomerCare is terrible. If there's any balance left in your account, it is sucked out bit by bit until dry, with random charges. Games and Video, Mydelights e.t.c e.t.c even while my phone is switched off?

    @ViCustomerCare Karishma once again you disconnected my call. Hw dare you do so, plz someone else from VI give me a call back. This lady is incompetent. She has attitude issues, will issues. She is not fit to work in cust service. On Friday same thing hapnd.
