    @VodafoneIN You should really work work hard to improve your network. Lot’s of call dropping and I can not use internet. #closevodafone

    @VodafoneIN But there is no any option for deactivate a card... I call to customer service and they denied to accept my request due to corona effect they told me call after 14th April. But I want to deactivate my card asap. Please help

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India “Noted, will update shortly” is not a resolution. Your number +919953015328 is still being used for marketing calls. Give a clear public update on action taken, not another vague reply.

    @SkAsanur87 @ViCustomerCare That sounds really frustrating, especially when you’re abroad and need OTPs urgently. You could consider @reliancejio for IR, and it also supports Wi-Fi Calling, so in supported situations you can stay connected over Wi-Fi and receive OTPs without relying on local network. 👍

    @ViCustomerCare The 72-hour TAT expired today at 2:20 PM, yet NO SIM DELIVERED! Called 8141018180 and again spoke to Javed today at 2:04 PM, only to get another hollow promise. Your 72 hrs promise is broken. Stop making fool of customers & deliver my SIM now! @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare After dialling a number, it takes almost 10-15 seconds to hear the ring of the other number. For 10-15 seconds its almost silent. Whats the issue? Pls check your network in our area. Jio rings in 2 secs.

    @ViCustomerCare This is extremely disappointing service. You have blocked services without any prior intimation or notification. Neither calls nor messages are working, leaving me completely disconnected. Please look into this issue and restore my services ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Another copy-paste apology and DM request. The issue is public. Vi numbers are being misused for sales calls against TRAI rules. Regulators and Vi need to act in the open, not push customers into private chats.
