    Hi @ViCustomerCare I received 14 calls in two days after my request to port out.Every call starting from zero,wid no knowledge of my previous interactions.There is something called CRM and single view of customer which a lot of small time businesses r using locally too-try that.

    N if u had shown such desparation before my decision to port out,I wouldn't ve done that.Retaining a customer is more important than acquiring a new one - this is also a basic which a lot of small businesses follow- try this too,might help @ViCustomerCare #Vi #CustomerExperience

    @ViCustomerCare It’s the second day without any network coverage what is the issue guys ? Does your network really sucks that bad ? Always been a loyal customer and it’s make me believe that i should port out of Vi. Just look into and get it fixed ASAP.
