    @ViCustomerCare very bad vi service even I haven't able to call some numbers while the no. Are toll free due bad service of vi. While those number are able to call by other operater sim. vi customer care are hold conversation between the call even thier senior too #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare Incoming SMS service has been blocked on my number 8605110351. It seems VI has blocked it intentionally because I want to port to another provider due to multiple issues with VI. Mutiple complains are registered already with VI still no resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare poor network made me port to other network after using it for 9 long years,now I am being harrassed for paying hidden charges (Rs4000)for services after porting to other network.While porting I had paid all bills due.Poor network,poor services.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup I have not received any calls yet? Do you even wish to retain your customers? Upon calling your customer care, Different people give different timelines with continuous voices of people chatting in the background. Show some kind of professionalism!!
