    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence Your claim for connectivity is false. When a customer is at specific location, and he does not get network, why you don't pay monetary compensation? Your acting in/after 24 hours does not serve the purpose. @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Very worst service by Vodafone. I have balance in my main account and already recharged with basic validity pack but unable to send SMS, while contacted Customer care, executive told me to send SMS I have to recharge with minimum of Rs.128/- plan. Clarify it
