Hello @JioCare and @ViCustomerCare I have faced network issue since many years. U didn't solved it. I am thinking also change the provider also did dm. But not solved network issue. Provide good network unless I must change .

@ViCustomerCare Friends with great regret I want to share my worst experience with vodafoneidea network, since last four to five months I have been lodging my complaints for poor signal of mobile & their much hyped giganet in turn what I am getting from them is nothing but false promises

@ViCustomerCare Almost one month it's been so far no Vi executive either contacted or mailed even after having messaged the contact number. Worst service ever have experienced.Regret for being a vodafone postpaid customer for 12+years
