@ViCustomerCare After speaking to a customer care agent still my issue is not resolved. He doesn't know what happened, VI store don't know what happened to my sim or why it was deactivated. No one knows anything. All are saying ask the other one. Total disappointment. Spent Rs699 for 56 days

@ViCustomerCare V! Network gone in my village on 3PM on 2May I am working on work from home and i need to be in contact I ported bcoz they can recover from loses & now due to this now i am facing loses & also neend to connected on wifi bcoz volte gets off during calls & text msgs @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare RTN-V00899695662 ,RTN-V00903555609 Both these companies were marked as solved though nothing was done to solve the issue. I am still facing issue with not receiving friends and family SMS's. If you cannot solve this just say so, I WILL PORT OUT!
