@ViCustomerCare Again same problem. Every weekend wifi is not available. Jab renew krvana hota hai tab sales representative BHIKH mangte hai and then again no wifi service. Next time I am not going to renew. Shame on you. So poor. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Recently I went to VI store for postpaid to prepaid conversion. They verified my all documents and gave me prepaid sim. However, prepaid one never got activated. When I call your customer care they said I have to again go to VI store. I can't visit store again

My father did a recharge on VI network. The money credited was somehow deducted from his account.I have been calling customer care since then but haven't got any solution. It has been more than 96 hours and no explanation is given yet SERIOUSLY FED UP WITH THIS. @ViCustomerCare
