    @ViCustomerCare Here my current location I have internet speed last 1 year to now i have many times complain from app and customer service call but your company have what to do what work do for customer service are very very bad

    Hi @ViCustomerCare can you please stop spamming a customer with 5-10 calls in a day to pay a bill which is due after 3-4 days. You guys have started spamming with calls for over 10 days now and despite repeated communications, you guys are disturbing me now. Happy to port out.

    Power shutdown = only E (2G) network. Even normal days 4G barely works. Many complaints raised, still no permanent solution. Doing anything or just “we are working on it”? @ViCustomerCare @TRAI 😑

    @ViCustomerCare No response on DM/X support even after repeated follow-ups. Multiple failed SIM/eSIM activation attempts, online eKYC not working, still taking payments and forcing doorstep KYC. Very disappointing service experience. Need refund and immediate resolution.
