    @ViCustomerCare Here my current location I have internet speed last 1 year to now i have many times complain from app and customer service call but your company have what to do what work do for customer service are very very bad

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare SURAJ - You / your team did not address my concern. After my feedback on call to you, I’m surprised to see your guts to respond stating ‘concern has been resolved.’ Think more of customer experience than merely process and eagerness to close tickets.

    @ViCustomerCare please explain how does a customer who discontinues his Vi number still gets harassed by your staff for subsequent bills? Even after one subsequent bill was paid, the Vi managed to generate 1 more & harass. This what we get for 10 years of patronage? @d_husain12

    @ViCustomerCare Since I complaint on Poor and bad connectivity, the lowest one bar is also gone near Building #17, Wadia Estate, Bail Bazaar, Kurla West, Mumbai 400070. It's intentional or just a co-incident ? @TRAI @DoT_India #Vi_Worst_Connectivity

    @ViCustomerCare @ZafferM Your Staff is Involved in these Fraud activities. Don't get such messages on Jio & Airtel mobile numbers. Voda has sold customer data to anyone who pays. SHAME ON U.

    @ViCustomerCare Few days back I opted for Vi but found it as one of the worst service provider. Frequent call drops & Internet works like 2G No help whatsoever from anybody. Is this the service you provide to Vi users??
