    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare it breaks my heart to see that I remained loyal to Vodafone for 20 years to see thst a small service request of mine is not done and none bothers. I have no choice but to port out.

    @ViCustomerCare my vi sim was replaced yesterday from 3g to 4g. It's been over 24hrs now but the text msg service has not been restored yet. Please look into it ASAP!!
