    Sending SMS is essential for every citizen for banking, gas booking. What is the purpose of providing other recharge options like Rs 49, 79, 109 without essential SMS services. It's like you are forcing us to pay more. Instead improve network speed @vodafonein1 @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare 2-3 days after the complaint internet worked smoothly that too after 12:30 AM. But now it's again not working, it's 12:45 AM now and still, data is not reset yet. Using another network to tweet. What is going on @ViCustomerCare #fraud #FakeService

    @ViCustomerCare hi i hve recharged Vi prepaid sim yesterday with Rs100 and yet the service is not activated. Today again recharhed with Rs50still service not activated. Really useless service.
