    @VodafoneIN I am facing call drops, internet connection error at my location. I am fed up with your service though I am postpaid customer since 8 years. This was not expected at all. tried to call customer care service and sort the issue but they failed miserably. Should I port?

    @ViCustomerCare why do you keep charging for caller tunes when I didn't subscribe to any such service? "Hello! Your subscription to Callertunes Rentals - 90 Days will ..and you will be charged Rs 99.00 /-. ." It is futile to call your complaint number. What am I supposed to do?

    @ViCustomerCare hi this is shibulal vp and my mob no is 88006 68111 its about my bill and you people barred my no.i send you lots of mails regarding this issue. I am here in cairo,egypt from Aug 2019,from Aug 2019 to Oct 2020 my bills are ok and you can check my bill .

    Who would want to repeat the same thing without being pissed @AdityaBirlaGrp? Just fix your services and systems @ViCustomerCare and then I would not even need to locate an @airtelindia store, find a parking spot, show my id, verify OTP and so on! My time is valuable!

    @ViCustomerCare please stop calling me. I have decided to port because the network is horrible. So horrible that the people desperately calling me to assure better services aren’t able to stay on call to convey their thought. The call just drops.

    @ViCustomerCare i lost my sim few wks ago. I went to my nearest myvi dealer a week ago to have the same number as i had before. The dealer gave me the simcard saying it would activate in 2 days. Till today, my sim isn't active and the dealer isn't picking the call. Please help me
