    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare customer poc spoke to me for an hour explaining how processes are completed and asked me to wait till 21st Nov 4pm. He read all the guidelines and spoke to me in some tone! Guess what? I had to call Jio customer care at 11:30pm to beg and this resolved! Still waiting 🫣

    @Airtel_Presence Three days After porting in Airtel I found that was worst decision!! Your network and internet is too poor in my building and area that it took 15 minutes to tweet this!! Horrible even no option to connect with customer care directly . @ViCustomerCare miss uh😥

    @ViCustomerCare what you people have done I have not seen change in my network still poor like always. Really worse service I ever had your person come and say that I have increased the frequencies but still I am not able to use it. Shame on you guys.

    @ViCustomerCare again facing data network issues. Completely fed up with VI services. Customer care number is also not helpful. Few days back only again same complaint I had raised... and again this begins... worst network... fed up now....
