    Hi, I was leaving for onsite and recharged my vi number 9009852915 with INR 3495 but first two did get any benifit so i have reported issue then i started to recieve the call but i won't able to make call and still chasing team for resolution, my pack expired. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare what the hell is this? You stopped Sms+ calling service in name of documents issue when i did 3month recharge. And after visiting Store's they saying to Convert into Postpaid. Are you harassing customers? #fraud @Airtel_Presence @MoitOfficial

    @ViCustomerCare Complaint Nos. #MUM-V01116965853 and many more Multiple ZERO Network Complaints made since last one month and all of them closed without the issue being resolved. Is this part of some Internal Strategy to force customers to port out to other service providers?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia some paid services are being forced on the public like VAS, Usage charges though it is part of the monthly plan. The complaint filed 30 days back still unresolved. Why should the public be forced by such a service providers ?

    @ViCustomerCare my no. for discontinued 10 days back without any info. I went to a VI mini store in Bangalore where the personnel denied service, telling me that this is a Chennai no. & you have to go there to reactivate. I have written mails to appellate & CC but to no avail!

    @TRAI please make customer friendly rules. Is it not ridiculous to be with same service provider for 90 days and keep paying the company for no/worst services ? Please look into the matter judiciously. @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn
