    @ViCustomerCare my phone service validity is till midnight today to ensure continuity of service I recharged but you activated the service today for recharged package, this happens every time and you eat up one day of my valid service, this doesn't happen in @Airtel_Presence

    @ViCustomerCare Yeah right. In which universe? Plus there is no easy way to reach your customer executives to address the grievances. Plus the network is so poor that I have to write this tweet using #airtel. I have more than 200gb unused data and no way to use it. #airtel4g
