@ViCustomerCare Try bringing back unlimited call or minute pack at an affordable price this will help u grab customers who use less data and more of phone calls. This way even if ur data netwrk is weak even then u will lucrative option as a 2nd sim fr calls.

@ViCustomerCare On the flipside, what is the need to inWASTE time in calling. Isn't it pretty straightforward with Service Request number and Vodafone number shared. #VodafoneIdea can easily check when was last time SIM was ever in use, what is data usage, etc. This #BeatingRoundTheBush is....
