    @VodafoneIN From past one month I'm facing problem with network coverage, call drops, no data & customer care unnecessary useless calls. @TRAI @DoT_India whether regulatory have role in such cases or not, no clarify in grievance addressing procedure. Symphony on systems.

    @ViCustomerCare Sad!! One of your support called and assured me that she will send network settings to follow. However I haven't received that msg yet. At the moment I finding difficulty to access your own VI app. Calling 199, no luck. Its doesn't even connect..

    @ViCustomerCare never look at the data consumption. To use your data I need to go out of my house. That's not the answer I'm looking from you. It would be better if you send your manager contact number to finalize my decision.

    @ViCustomerCare Kirandeep made a call to me today morning, suddenly another vodafone fellow called....I merge both calls and Kirandeep Disconnected call..... Suddenly network also disappeared as always......Ha Ha Ha..Vodafone Network... Mind blowing worst service..
