    @ViCustomerCare Sad!! One of your support called and assured me that she will send network settings to follow. However I haven't received that msg yet. At the moment I finding difficulty to access your own VI app. Calling 199, no luck. Its doesn't even connect..

    @ViCustomerCare never look at the data consumption. To use your data I need to go out of my house. That's not the answer I'm looking from you. It would be better if you send your manager contact number to finalize my decision.

    @VodafoneIN @reliancejio @airtelindia @BSNL_KTK Vodafone service has been extremely poor. Been complaining for over a month and they have not sorted the problem. I've now got my unique porting code. Call me on +917022254378 and take my money for what your offer!!

    @VodafoneIN From past one month I'm facing problem with network coverage, call drops, no data & customer care unnecessary useless calls. @TRAI @DoT_India whether regulatory have role in such cases or not, no clarify in grievance addressing procedure. Symphony on systems.

    @ViCustomerCare I can see how ignorant and irresponsible behaviour from Vodafone to their customers. Multiple customer care calls and taking full day follow up on mail but didn't get any answer. I won't be surprised if this company will get close tomorrow.

    Noticed multiple customers with desperate complaints & all that @ViCustomerCare does is tell them that they will get back! No one can fool customers for long! This silence & non-action strategy will never succeed! Porting to @JioCare! Sayonara #VodafoneIdea! We deserve the best.
