@VodafoneIN From past one month I'm facing problem with network coverage, call drops, no data & customer care unnecessary useless calls. @TRAI @DoT_India whether regulatory have role in such cases or not, no clarify in grievance addressing procedure. Symphony on systems.

@ViCustomerCare Sad!! One of your support called and assured me that she will send network settings to follow. However I haven't received that msg yet. At the moment I finding difficulty to access your own VI app. Calling 199, no luck. Its doesn't even connect..

@ViCustomerCare You have not trained customer support - wasted time explaining a problem : they just don’t get it. A promise to resolve issue within 24-48hrs yields no results. Network not in service - sim not working and yet they have audacity to tell me that I’ll receive a call :) bizarre
