    @DoT_India @TRAI Please look into the severe network issue faced by @ViCustomerCare VI customers, they are only charging bill every month but no services for it. They only give fake assurance of upgrading network but never under customer pain.

    @ViCustomerCare - Received your short reply. 1st I'm not Prasad. 2nd my last 2 days calls history will tell you the issue. Main issue. Your app homepage is all messed up data. My data is 2gb /day. Today I barely used after 6.00am but balance gone down to 0.62gb.otyer issues too.

    @VodafoneIN i have 3 Vodafone nos and all these no are having issues with incoming and outgoing services. This is very frustrated and worst service by VI please resolve this issues as i am facing this issue from June Please please look into this asap @Idea @TRAI

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup your network has become ****. Almost 3-4 times a day I have to put my phone on Airplane mode and then only I am able to make calls. Its the same location everytime. Many of my friends and family members are facing same issue.

    @VodafoneIN since june i m facing an issue with my incoming calls and both outgoing incoming sms. I have visited atleast 25 to 30 times in gallery but every time they told me that it will get resolved in 24 hrs but its now over 3 months still my issue is not resolved @TRAI @Idea

    @ViCustomerCare Cheap people,for zero network too you want to charge me ₹70 for 4 days i had in between porting. Seriously utter useless and shameless services good, i ported out much better service I have now, ur 15 yrs of Worst treatment, you can party for this balance too

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.
