A local mini store called asking me to convert to postpaid; when I refused, they said no delivery agent is available. Customer care assured delivery but 24+ hrs no update. Still waiting for the resolution as the people at customer care are retards and don't know anything about how a network connection works. I have an unlimited data plan and it's getting exhausted.
