    Don't know what's wrong with @ViCustomerCare!! Since morning everyone using VI has data problem on their devices.This is much more irritating 😤what's the use they charge us so much and & give such hopeless services from their side.Definitely going for another operator now.

    @VodafoneIN since june i m facing an issue with my incoming calls and both outgoing incoming sms. I have visited atleast 25 to 30 times in gallery but every time they told me that it will get resolved in 24 hrs but its now over 3 months still my issue is not resolved @TRAI @Idea

    @ViCustomerCare - Hello. Good morning to all. Is there anyone, anyone in VI who can resolve? No one seems to understand. Matters are getting from worse to worst. Never new Vodafone could go so bad. Been with for years and did not want to leave. Seem to have no options. Sorry.

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneIN it’s 24hours now no action on same and the network is still not available what’s going on it’s the worst service I have seen for post paid customer that too for a corporate customer then what service you all will give for others.

    @VodafoneIN from last two years using Vodafone card but seriously one of the worst network nowadays every tym need to make call on the same number twice highest network disturbance neither 4G works properly u r charging for 4G and providing us 2G network..

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup your network has become ****. Almost 3-4 times a day I have to put my phone on Airplane mode and then only I am able to make calls. Its the same location everytime. Many of my friends and family members are facing same issue.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have shifted to new house where signal strength of Vi is very weak, we are not able to make calls from inside the home. Request you to resolve issue immediately, as we all family members have Vi, else will have to switch to other.

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Every day, once or twice, the network stops working. Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.

    @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare @vodafone What a pathetic service from Vodafone, my postpaid was deactivated last month and the pending amount is 600 rupees. The outgoing and incoming calls were suspended and you are charging 1200 for not using vodafone. What's next? 1800/-?

    @ViCustomerCare Stop sending 5G marketing SMS. My phone is on 5G Auto — sometimes speed is 5G, sometimes it drops to 4G. Network is unstable and indoor coverage is poor. Don’t claim “strong 5G.” Fix it first. If this continues, I will port out after July first week.
