    @swiggy_in I ordered my food an hour ago. It’s coming NOW. No one knows why so it’s definitely your fault. I wanted a good meal because I was free after ages and the mood is absolutely ruined now. And @VodafoneIN your network is absolutely shit, just shut down already.

    @ViCustomerCare Called the customer care center after several requests in this regard on twitter and was disconnected in the morning.The evidence was also provided through the above and through the complaint, but no action has been taken so far

    Did you guys remove the option in IVR to reach out and talk with customer care? It is pathetic to follow a long IVR wherein no option to talk with customer care. @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia come up with some best plans and kick *** VI from India.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare - Can you please call me in the number I provided since my Vi number is not working, and which you need to fix. Check DM. You guys need to understand that my Vi number is not working, and there’s no point calling on it.
