@ViCustomerCare is VodafoneIdea network already get's shutdown by the Indian?? Coz their network is dead already no 2G ,3G,4G and VoLTE, service is active signal bar shows cross (x) or a dot. Can't make calls, can't send sms, can't browse internet, maybe a turtle is faster

@ViCustomerCare how pathetic is network?? Even unable to open YouTube or even browser. Unable to call properly. Such a shame. Even unable to connect to executive via IVR. Poor and disgraceful service. Only taking money and no proper service.@airtelindia is far better #PoorService

@ViCustomerCare pathetic customer service from your support agents. I am currently unable to make any calls to India though I am on the 365 days international roaming plan. Agents state their inability to help as their systems are down from 11PM-6AM IST! @TRAI @jagograhakjago

@ViCustomerCare ,I took a IR package for Kenya . initally it worked well for 3 days & than the mobile data stopped . made many calls to Vi in india .no solution . my holiday & work disrupted since all bankingOTPS on my phone .& worst charges of 2999 + gst raised in invoice .
