    @ViCustomerCare Please check my existing complaint history for this number. I am hesitant to recharge while experiencing persistent poor data speeds and calling issues. Kindly escalate this to a senior executive for a resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to use unlimited 5G in my home despite being latched to 5G network. I use my phone as hotspot to surf the internet on my laptop. What could be the reason for this and how can I start using unlimited 5G at home?

    Hi team, We are using two consecutive VI  numbers  and we have recharged number 1 on Thursday and today while recharging for 2 mistakenly we have recharged again for 1.  No response even after sending mail to customer care @ViCustomerCare

    From pas few days while making an outgoing call my network goes down , nill automatically after dialing a number and I'm not even receiving any call , whenever anyone tries to call me my network goes automatically down @ViCustomerCare
