    @ViCustomerCare Getting in touch is not solving the problem Vodafone idea, the problem need to be solved on a priority basis instead of harassing the customer and blaming them .

    @ViCustomerCare- we don’t trust Vodafone idea further, as they aren’t solving the problem, they just want every month postpaid bill should be clear on time or else like will get disconnected, they are making me fool and mentally harassing me badly.

    @ViCustomerCare-This problem is not resolved as they asked me screen shot which I was least interested to give it shows without trouble shorting Vodafone is closing the complaint. Your Channel Assistance Issue related complaint with reference number C003-112932062675 is resolved.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare , the call was received on 07th February 2022 at 07:16 PM. Can you now take the so called "action" against your own social media team employee? What difference is left between the treatment i had from customer care & from your team? Seriously time for porting out.

    The @ViCustomerCare executives are not behaving properly with the customer. Firstly they don’t do the verification process properly and then without pre informing us, they discontinued the number which is creating so much ruckus to me. Even after complaining about it.(1/2)
