    @ViCustomerCare is such a disaster! I have used Idea for a long time, but after the merger of Vodafone and Idea, network connectivity of VI is very poor. I decided to port my number. After sending the port request, I have been receiving 14-15 calls daily from @ViCustomerCare.

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my SimCard yesterday. VI network is good and calling is also good. I am your regular customer And I have recharged 699 many times. But I don't have money for Recharge Other Operator Give free 2 months Recharge I will be back again in VI after 3 months

    @ViCustomerCare Where is my network? I paid to use data hassle-free. But for that i need a proper range. Which is not at all available indoor nor outdoor. I've paid for 2 months and not even used for a week continuously. What can we do now? #IDemandService @TRAI @VodafoneGroup
