    @ViCustomerCare Continue fraud is happening from vi team from customer care and from vi customer service store last month i have converted my postpaid sim to prepaid in nov month still they have given me bill pf dec month and i have already done recharge of 200 for that they are (1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Anjali,this happened couple of times that complaint is closed even though ur network engineer who visited said that issue exists.this is pathetic.u can call me to discuss more and solve the issue

    @ViCustomerCare worst network connection, unable to use internet vi5g not even 4g and call as well in patna(capital), called many times to customer care about this but not any action taken by vi... very disappointing.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Despite multiple complaints, the network issue remains unresolved. I’m counting the days — the moment 90 days are completed, I will port out my number without delay. Customers deserve service, not excuses.

    @ViNewsOfficial Don't fall 4 @ViNewsOfficial @ViCustomerCare no internet any where. Complaining since march regarding slowest 4g , 198 to x to apellate official no betterment even after sharing screen recording they keep on telling its best possible network Where I can't send WhatsApp message

    @ViCustomerCare Saying that they have not received that amount and blocked my outgoing service. Got call from there department and they are sating that its a postpaid sim not converted to prepaid. Asking me to pay more 386 rs. Even if I have paid bill of nov. Attaching screenshot for (1.1/2)

    @ViCustomerCare don't call me and say some nonsense reasons. Mobile's first priority is making calls. Tell me in a month, how many percent of calls won't get connected. Only in your network call failures repeatedly happens Don't call me and act like a stupid @TRAI @DoT_India
