    @ViCustomerCare Everything is working fine now. The network fluctuates most of the time and results in low internet quality and high ping. 1mbps speed is enough for me but I want a good Ping (below 70ms) Pls fix this. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare We contacted our current operator.. they are telling to pay VI outstanding amount but we are clueless how to clear VI outstanding amount?? Can you help or not?

    @ViCustomerCare how does it make sense to activate a VAS all by yourself & refusing the refund? & you have the guts to renew it without informing the customer. I don't feel this will help u cover up your losses, instead it can be worse if customer start switching to other network

    @ViCustomerCare I already provided all the information. Moreover i received call from the customer care and I already provided all the information in like location, pincode, landmark etc. Now provide need full solution.
