    @VodafoneIN You never care your customers. Escalated network issue more than 10 times & no change in service. It's hard time for all of us but what's the point in recharge and not able to use single kb or unable attend single call. It's harrasment & frustrating experience.

    @VodafoneIN 2607841874 this is complaint number. I am not able to make or receive call and unable to use internet as well. Called 198 but no satisfactory solution. I need solution else I'm going to consumer court. @VodafoneIN sucks. Worst worst service ever.

    @ViCustomerCare Such a pathetic and useless support. 1) Not able to call the store 2) Not able to raise a complaint 3) Not able to deliver sim on time. 4) Keeps saying I need to wait 72 hours just to take a complaint. Totally unhelpful puppets. Why social media team exists?

    Dear @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia , It’s been 71+ hours and my SIM is still not delivered. I’ll be going out of city in the next 1–2 hours for a few days. If it will fail, don’t blame me for not receiving it — this delay is on your end, not mine. Really disappointing service

    @ViCustomerCare Hi team please note my wife is facing severe call drop and no calls getting connected issue since quite sometime, recently we got her sim card replaced with a new Vi sim thinking that it might help. It has increased the network issues. Request for urgent help.

    @ViCustomerCare So they tell you to DM them the details and ghost you afterwards. Still waiting for the resolution as the people at customer care are retards and don't know anything about how a network connection works. I have an unlimited data plan and it's getting exhausted.
