    @VodafoneIN You never care your customers. Escalated network issue more than 10 times & no change in service. It's hard time for all of us but what's the point in recharge and not able to use single kb or unable attend single call. It's harrasment & frustrating experience.

    @VodafoneIN Still facing call drop issues & unable to access internet as well. I hope tommorow I'm able to handle my work. Frustrated because of @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN 2607841874 this is complaint number. I am not able to make or receive call and unable to use internet as well. Called 198 but no satisfactory solution. I need solution else I'm going to consumer court. @VodafoneIN sucks. Worst worst service ever.

    @ViCustomerCare @KrunalBharodiya Don't make the mistake of switching to vi. They're failing and unable to provide a working network.

    Should I jump through the hoops and request @ViCustomerCare to enable VoLTE on my connection, or should I simply port the number out to a network where VoLTE already works? I want to stay loyal to Vi, but they make it hard for me to stay with them. 😐

    @mkannan @ViCustomerCare Just port out. They aren't able to sustain their network. Ur issue will not be resolved. Talking from my own experience.

    @ViCustomerCare If my issue is not resolved within 48 hours and I get my money back, I will surrender/deactive or mnp my VI number to other company. Also I will file a complaint on the consumer affairs department. @PiyushGoyalOffc pls check once.

    @ViCustomerCare CAN ANY ONE HELP IN GETTING SIM 9811983001 ACTIVATED. VODAFONE HAS FAILED. THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM. I LOST MY MOBILE ON 10TH MAY. VODA GAVE 3 NEW SIMS BUT NONE OF THE SIM CAME TO LIFE. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 7 DAYS.
