Called 198 but no satisfactory solution. I need solution else I'm going to consumer court. @VodafoneIN sucks. Worst worst service ever.

It's hard time for all of us but what's the point in recharge and not able to use single kb or unable attend single call. It's harrasment & frustrating experience.

Rohin Arora (@arorarohin) reportedNever take global roaming pkg from Vi. It is useless. Egypt no 4G or 5G & hours wasted complaining. Similar problem happened for S Korea. Needed data for navigation, coordination with tour agents, Uber etc. Had to buy another local pkg. No wonder @ViCustomerCare is unpopular.
