    @VodafoneIN You never care your customers. Escalated network issue more than 10 times & no change in service. It's hard time for all of us but what's the point in recharge and not able to use single kb or unable attend single call. It's harrasment & frustrating experience.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already complaint many times on ur customer care many times but no one in new VI seems to be customer centric my request is with @TRAI to take strict actions . I am sending my no in DM - with 5-7 days if it remain unresolved I will port out from ur services

    @ViCustomerCare As I am porting out of VI, Received 14 calls from your executives in a span of 6 hours. Why you people are harassing me mentally. Let me move out of your poor services with ease. Shame on you people for harassing people. I made a right decision to move out of VI

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare issue is resolved today and I had to do nothing in my mobile for this. Can you please explain what was the issue wherein in I had to follow up for more than 2 months and now suddenly it starts working with no action at my end

    Horrible experience trying to disconnect a number 9930303836 at @ViCustomerCare First was told by call centre to pay in July to disconnect, paid. Again a new bill came in August with fines. And now wasting time in Vodafone gallery in vashi trying to pay fine and disconnect

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic erratic connectivity in Jammu & Kashmir & Zero 4G signal once you are out of Srinagar n at Uri Vi service is good for Nothing. Whereas Atop mountain peak @airtelindia provided strong phone as well as 4G signal enough to connect clear crisp video call.
