    @VodafoneIN Still facing call drop issues & unable to access internet as well. I hope tommorow I'm able to handle my work. Frustrated because of @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN You never care your customers. Escalated network issue more than 10 times & no change in service. It's hard time for all of us but what's the point in recharge and not able to use single kb or unable attend single call. It's harrasment & frustrating experience.

    @ViCustomerCare When ever I raise issue with respect to call drop, no network coverage, low data speed I get same response but it's not fixed anytime.

    @ViCustomerCare My sim card has no single issue. Went to VI mini store he said he don't have prepaid sim and asked to migrate to post paid by paying 150rs ? said it will take 5-6 days to get prepaid sim card ? Vi Mini store Kamothe 410209. pls look into it

    Internet inaccessible in my area since past 2 weeks. @ViCustomerCare, been calling these people the whole week and registering complaints. Each time I get told that wait for 4 hours and your issue will be resolved. Well guess what? Its not. Very poor service. #upkaworstnetwork
