    @VodafoneIN 2607841874 this is complaint number. I am not able to make or receive call and unable to use internet as well. Called 198 but no satisfactory solution. I need solution else I'm going to consumer court. @VodafoneIN sucks. Worst worst service ever.

    @VodafoneIN You never care your customers. Escalated network issue more than 10 times & no change in service. It's hard time for all of us but what's the point in recharge and not able to use single kb or unable attend single call. It's harrasment & frustrating experience.

    Just Talked With Pragya From @ViCustomerCare , & I Must Say #VodafoneIdea Have Very Good Customer Care Agents Only Apart From Other Services , Who Try Their Bestest Best To Convince The Customer ... But The Company Doesn't Care For Customer , That's It .

    @JioCare Why to I have to give a refernce ID of someone to port my sim from @ViCustomerCare to JIO if I have my own ID. And the employee of jio store (makarpura,vadodara)do not know how to treat customer.

    @ViCustomerCare vi customer NO care. Called 198 and talked to executive after 4 mins he put me on hold for sr. Exec. Call was on hold for 23 mins but no response. Problem is not able send sms through me vi sim. Tried restart, sim slot change etc
