  @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

  @ViCustomerCare Instead of spending so much money on promotion, you should fix the network with that money. That would make a lot more sense.

  @ViCustomerCare My area doesn't even have proper 4G coverage. Please increase the coverage area. I'd love to use Vi service if the network is good enough. WB 731236

  hy @ViCustomerCare No update on my 4 network complaint yet?I already shared all the details with your engineer, including the Speedtest results and GTrack Lite screenshots, 4 days ago. Since then, there has been no update from either Vi or the engineer. (1/2)

  Updated gem from @ViCustomerCare Got a call asking if I wanted a new number or keep the same number after converting to postpaid. I said I don't want to convert to postpaid. I just need a new SIM. Guy says they can't do that. It can only be postpaid. I said I have paid for a plan until July 2027. Why would I want postpaid? So he told me to call 199. Already have. No way to talk to a human. He said he'll tell somebody to call me. Nobody did. So he can't help me, unless I want to waste my plan and pay for the more expensive postpaid. So basically, a prepaid card can't be replaced/upgraded to 5G in Vi? Giving it a couple of days before approaching a consumer court.

  @ViCustomerCare #NetworkIssue Enough is enough! For over a month, my internet has been extremely slow despite repeated complaints. Now, for the past week, even calling has become unreliable. I raised another complaint 5 days ago and was promised resolution within 4 days. 1/2

  @ViCustomerCare My sim port has been successful and I've lost signal on my Jio but I'm not getting any signal on my Vi network 🛜 It's been a few hrs since I inserted my sim in.
