    @ViCustomerCare After posting my complaint my phone has stopped working. When I dial a number I get a message saying not registered on network . So much for being ready to help

    @ViCustomerCare Why has Vi suddenly blocked incoming SMS/OTP while roaming abroad and started asking for 118? Your website says incoming SMS on International Roaming are free. Why charge customers now for a service that was working until yesterday?

    @ViCustomerCare, pls DM me email id of store manager (Ghatkopar East, Mumbai near Odeon Cinema). She gave me her email id and the emails are not getting delivered. She has to resolve the issue that I has discussed with her and sent email per her advise.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Ishaque, I will not delete the number. It is a Vi number used for marketing calls, not mine. Asking me to hide it is not a resolution. Disconnect it and confirm publicly
