    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

    @Airtel_Presence i have gotten real & multiple first hand reviews of your shrewd business tactics & have faced bad customer support myself in the past, my sim initially was airtel itself & had to port out now, i have chosen @ViCustomerCare I am hopeful I'll have a better experience

    “5 days passed after ordering Vi SIM online. Even after complaint and 72-hour assurance, still no delivery, no update, no response. Very poor customer service and complete waste of customer time. Please solve this immediately @ViCustomerCare
