@ravikamdar @ViCustomerCare Dude, they have MNP for a reason. This is that reason. I used a VI number for around 10yrs and then when their network became so poor that I had to stay standstill while talking. When I lodged a complaint at VI, a guy from Vi customer care called.

Forget 5G, the internet of @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare doesn't even provide the speed of 3G and while on the move to doesn't work at all.

@ViCustomerCare When will you stop begging? One of Mt numbers hasn't been is use for more than 6 months. I asked to deactivate it long back your ******* agent didn't. Then some late fee was waived off by customer care. And still you keep sending new bills every month

I converted my sim from Airtel to Vi . I was told to dial 59059 for tele verification when the network appears but upon dialing , the call keeps dropping. I am not able to complete verification. It's urgent. please help @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare How can you resolve a complaint when I have been repeatedly confirming that it has not been resolved? This as an unethical way to show that you are meeting your SLAs. #Disappointing Also, why should I pay for the days when there were no services from your side?
