@ViCustomerCare There is but no option to give up on you because what you are doing is atrocious in terms of service. Literally I have been forced to opt for 2 Vi postpaid nos and that too by porting my jio no for the second sim. Just for changing the ownership I had 2 go through such harassment

@TelecomTalk @ViCustomerCare fine, but where is network signal?? See they are loosing lot of customers every month. Still lack of indoor coverage or Vowifi. They don't have any timeline or commitment for customers. Customers don't have confident with #vi

@ViCustomerCare My SIM card has been blocked. It’s asking for PUK no. I am unable to make any calls or message. Your customer care tells me to dial 199 to get the PUK no. I have messaged you and mailed you, still the same reply. Unable to dial 199.

@airtelindia I have been trying to call your customer care but just won’t get through. Have launched at least 5 complaints this month regarding my internet. You close them without fixing them! Should I switch back to @ViCustomerCare
