    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I'm not able to receive any SMS or calls on my !dea number. Most banks/delivery apps/social accounts send OTPs and I am not able to get any help on this issue.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia I tried calling 198 but I was told they cannot help me because my number belongs to another region. I am currently living elsewhere, so I am not able to call the regional customer care either.
