WHEN MY PORT OUT REQUEST IS APPROVED AND SINCE PAST 1 MONTH I M APPROACHING U GUYS W/O SOLUTION, THAT GUY WAS EXPLAINING ME HOW VI IS EXPANDING. SICK U AND UR TEAM IS.

Dear @ViCustomerCare I have using vodafone since last 15 years. But in recent 5 to 6 years the network has been extremely worst in my area. I cannot even talk or use data from my place. This has been already informed many times to customer care. Pls look into this.

What a shame that @ViCustomerCare top executives don't know how to convince VI customer, no doubt that their foolish talk took me to complaint against them in consumer court. . One of the oldest telecom company have this kind of service. #Shameless

@ViCustomerCare I'm facing issue with the speed in my location on prepaid the speed was quite impressive but after switching the sim into postpaid the got reduced now am not even getting 1 mbps speed I require stable internet for my personal work.

@ViCustomerCare its pathetic- complaint raised since june 1st week and is still not resolved. Now provide me waiver of monthly bill I am paying to you as i am unable to even call due to call drops @TRAI -you should punish such companies.Time to look here now.

@ViCustomerCare I registered a complaint 5 days ago, was promised it will be solved in 24hrs. And this is what your agents do when I want to check the status, transferring it to another agent, asking the same question again and again.
