@ViCustomerCare I raised a porting request from VI to Airtel today. You are trying to fool the customer and illegally retain them. Got a call from +917003227607 this number , claiming to be from Airtel and asking me to cancel a duplicate porting request. This is fraud..

@TRAI Out of our knowledge, the balance is deducted from our @ViCustomerCare 's prepaid No. under the pretext of VAS CT and the complainant states that "you have activated this service so the deducted balance will not be refunded" it's happening again & again.

@ViCustomerCare Dear Vi,Recently my vi sim got damaged ..and I went to my nearest vi store .. they said 250/- service charge ..I asked them why are you charging too much for a sim exchange..they said if you don't give 250/- we won't re-activate your old sim

@TRAI Scam calls from @ViCustomerCare, trying to trick customers to send port out cancellation to 1900... Checked with Airtel staff, it seems this is a known issue and they tried complaining but no action..@TRAI it's your responsibility to keep a check on these things, else please quit
