Hello @ViCustomerCare I did recharge on monday 10th april but still no service on my no. Complained on customer care closed the complaint without any solution.if service of your customer care remains the same.then there will be no possibility of the merging with Airtel in future

@ViCustomerCare Ghatiya network service. They charged 4G price but got 2G service. don't use Vodafone plz go another provider. Many times complained but no solutions.

Very cheap service @ViCustomerCare improve your internet services. When electricity gone in my area my vi internet data speed becomes too slow what's the issue? Can i port out to jio @JioCare or not?

Tha ts very unfortunate that @ViCustomerCare blocks my incoming messages also even when it is showing that all incoming services are active. You can stop outgoing if service validity expires but why blocking incoming. Seems its time to port f4om VI.

@ViCustomerCare How long does 1 take to call back or activate a connection. Been without mobile data and sms services and no resolution being provided by vi customer care!!
