@ViCustomerCare why does vi change to 2g from 4g/4gVolte when we send SMS? This happens in literally every location and in every mobile and to every single subscriber, i have tested it with about 10 different sim and mobile and multiple location! So this is issue from Vi itself!!

@ViCustomerCare why does vi sim card stop working if internet is on while crossing Bhayandar-Naigoan khadi? And does not comeback/register network for 20-30 mins? Did you use very very poor transmitter on towers that it is not able to handle signal change?

I sincerely hope that they take the necessary actions on the Person involved IMMDTLY and confirm the actions taken against him/her to you too! If they don't take any action in few days time, pls report it to TRAI
