    @ViCustomerCare been a loyal customer since 2007 however very disappointed with roaming service. Been 2months now that i’m billed but not receiving any roaming service. Raised multiple complaints, spoke to several people in customer care but still facing the issue @RavinderTakkar

    @ViCustomerCare made the payment and yet service has not been restored yet.. This is what I was telling from the beginning..you all care about money and not the services..It was the only reason I didn't want to continue with Vodafone as services are pathetic.. Restore service..

    @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia @vi_news It is 3rd day since my main number services are stopped. No outgoing and no internet and tired of talking to CC team. More than dozen times I had talked with them on 31st, 1st jan 2022 new year day. Waiting for any solid resolution. #customerinsensitive

    @ViCustomerCare Ordered a sim yesterday and the timing of delivery was 2 hours now even in 1 day no cal and no update yet, I guess this is the reason you guys are going last day by day in service?? Order id -DCHD01012288046

    @ViCustomerCare Day-49. Even the year has changed now. VI has still not been able to do the needful. Not to forget that VI 4G is working like no-G, and even the VI app doesn't open on VI network!!!

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my number from Jio to Vi on 28 Dec but still no porting is done. If this is the kind of service you provide, I doubt that I have to rethink on my decision. Kindly port my number asap #vodafoneidea
