@ViCustomerCare your senior customer care member has cut the call two times in the middle of call. instead of providing a solution they continuosly disrespect the customer and your company doesn't do any thing...shame on you vodfone-idea may be your staff is responsible for fall.

@ViCustomerCare I am@not sure why do you charge extra money every month though I have free allowed GB available.Every month when I call to customer service they say that you don’t have to pay extra money next month. Pissed off.

Finally I'v understood, vi not able to solve network problem. Plz don't take vi service. very hell service in hitech city banglore. Thy r giving worst than 2G at 4G cost. Vi, U shld change Vi GigaNet to Vi BitNet. @VodafoneGroup #India #Bharat #vodafoneidea @ViCustomerCare

Am unable to send port out message from Vodafone network despite having unlimited plan. @ViCustomerCare pls check & enable. Understand TRAI has mandated to allow sending port out message despite not having unlimited plans.@TRAI Need to switch to @reliancejio but unable to do so.
