    @ViCustomerCare I am Vi customer since last 10 years but at this time I am not sertifide your Vi service because this network is very poor in my aria . I am complain of network issue but you r not Resolve so I thik change our Vi Sim card to another oprater.. I am tired of Vi

    @ViCustomerCare whenever I call network goes back to 2G from Volte.. I don't understand this.. either I can make call or use internet. Please look into this. As my plan is expired I don't want to recharge again.
