    @ViCustomerCare Hi can I stop getting payment calls when my payment is already done? I'm getting almost 10 harassment calls a day when I'm a paying customer. If I still get customer service calls for payments, I'll seriously switch to Airtel or jio.

    @KhoslaAvneesh @ViCustomerCare You should close your home sim delivery option. Worst experience. Your agents and vendors are so rude and irresponsible. The status is showing out for delivery since 3days. Further the executives are asking for 10 MNP orders to get sim delivered.

    @ViCustomerCare URGENT ----- we are waiting for my brother's sim 9819930308. to be active - it's prepaid. he is at Mumbai airport - at check-in counter to fly. in next 30 mins . Please hurry up...its already 12 hours past from the sim take .. urgent help..
