    @ViCustomerCare Called you more than 2 times but no solution. #Vodafone First they said please wait for 7 days. It's been 15 days and not a single person provided the help or solution. Each time I called, they told me to do email. And already did email too for the refund.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare May I know what is going on? My registered DND complaint was rejected saying "we found that the Call received by you was not promotional in nature, We have hence closed your complaint." I am getting multiple calls daily. Still you are not taking action.

    @ViCustomerCare Regret to inform you that your CC team is making false commitments for customers retention. And that make me to force to port 17 year old connection. There is no valu of the privilege customer.

    @ViCustomerCare my mom uses Vi and had subscribed to Amazon prime in 2019 and had not opted for auto renew. Why is the subscription been auto renewed. This is utter nonsense and fleecing. I want to cancel the subscription.

    @facebook @Meta seems to have some issues with your apps service. I m unable to login my Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp using OTP. I haven't received an OTP since last 3 hours. I tried/resend 2-3 times. @ViCustomerCare Is there anything from you for above apps sms issues?

    @ViCustomerCare Every time there is new person whenever I called. So, basically have to say each and every things again n again. From the starting to till the date. What is mode of payment, how you do! Amount! Each things. And then, no solution at all.
