    @ViCustomerCare plz work on ur ui of vi app, its ridiculous & responds only for ur agents , when its turn for customer i have to wait for ages n then the agent runs away ..what is this ?? is thia the way u r fooling customers ??

    @ViCustomerCare Nearly everyday I am unable to access the data service for couple of hours for last 1 week after porting in. Reported complaint before nearly a week. No one bothers.
