@ViCustomerCare Idea 4g service is very very poor and worse in tirora city , pincode- 441911, district- gondia , state- Maharashtra, i am getting very poor internet and calling service in both indoor and outdoor in my area. i filed complain but no response, fix the issue.

@ViCustomerCare You people are not giving any assurance when I’ll get my refund. It’s been 10 days now I have raised this issue and you guys are still telling me that I’ll receive the refund within 3-7 days. I mean what the hell is this going on? Don’t you have any escalation matrix?
