    @ViCustomerCare your "unlimited" plans are anything but unlimited. Mixed information across the app, WhatsApp and customer care ai bot with data slowing despite an active hero unlimited pack

    @ViCustomerCare When will issue resolved? You have misguided the customer. To bad network of vodafone , will not recomend to anyone to use vodafone services.

    @VodafoneIdeaIN @ViCustomerCare there’s no service/network since last 4 hours, and customer care says to wait for 24 hrs, what nonsense is this, how many times should I keep complaining?

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I’ve been a Vodafone/Vi postpaid customer for the last 2.5 years. I’ve been charged late payment fees for the past 2 months. Kindly reimburse these charges so I can clear my bill and continue using the service smoothly. Please assist. #Vi

    @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare funny part is both the CS Representative & Supervisor were denied to give Vodafone X account. Told it’s against to their policy. This is a public information thing But they denied. Very bad Bottom line is Vodafone needs to change, otherwise We Do
