  @ViCustomerCare Outgoing calls are barred for me.unable to even call 199 or 198. Also through vi app..OTP is getting generated but when I go to see the OTP and then enter it..Vic restarts the same process. Please help urgent

  @ViCustomerCare WORST then ever experience. First my internet connection is bad and now incoming calls of my phone is not working. It shows my number invalid. And when i asked vi customer care they make fool of me by giving wrong instructions. @PiyushGoyal @anilvijminister

  @ViCustomerCare Please tell your team to visit on my location then check the network issue. Most of your VI customers already port their numbers to Jio. Thats what you want me to do.

  @ViCustomerCare I am unable to make calls even though my SIM is recharged and also when I receive calls my voice can't be heard by the other person. Tried using VI app assistant which is the worst service. Hoping for an effective solution.

  @ViCustomerCare @sastryy Dear @ViCustomerCare your representatives call and assure of the services but you still end up troubling. Kindly let the customers know that you cannot manage your customer base. Let some other service providers take care.
