    What a ridiculous way to resolve customer complaints by @airtelindia 1. Customer registers complaint in app 2. Airtel assigns target date 3. Airtel closes complaint on target date. The ridiculous part is “resolution” is missing in this process. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare "@VodafoneIN Your customer care agent Harish was extremely rude and unprofessional. On top of that, your 5G network is not available, and the service is terrible. Why sell SIMs if the network is useless? Immediate action is needed or I will escalate this to the Consumer Court.

    @ViCustomerCare I am planning to port my number after nearly 20 long years of association .My renewal is due on October 8th.. The signal is so horrible that I don't get my OTP sms & I have to keep searching for network ..Just now I missed buying an item in sale.. #adicomplaints

    @ViCustomerCare Terrible terrible experience at the Vodafone. Went to get the ownership moved from a corporate account to my personal account and it took the team 5 attempts to get the request raised. Once I came back home, got info that request was rejected. No answers on why.
