    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service. Every time it comes up with new ideas to deduct balance without customer's consent. After selecting 'full DND ' still receiving promotional calls/ messages.

    What a pathetic customer service by @ViCustomerCare . store! Even after visit to their store for three time, they can not change from postpaid to prepaid and able to activate sim they gave! Now I know people stopped using Vodafone for good.#HappyToHelp is just marketing gimmick.
