    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I recharged my Vi mobile number through a retailer yesterday, but the recharge was mistakenly done on a jio number instead of my Vi number. Kindly help resolve this issue and credit the recharge to my Vi number or guide me on the next steps. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare ordered sim online on 13 July. The customer service exe called & said sim will be delivered on 14 July. Today is 17 and there is no communication. regret using VodafoneIdea. Poor & terrible service. PLEASE CANCEL MY ORDER

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

    @ViCustomerCare So far I have not received any call. What a customer service!!! Waiting for your call. If not interested to resolve, pay the share of the revenue generated out of the advertisement and I will discontinue your so called service
