    @ViCustomerCare Very very poor service, zero network at pin code 799101 and unable to even generate UPC to port the number. Customer care person is also very rude and unsupportive.

    @ViCustomerCare Your executive called me and told that problem will be solved ASAP. But still haven't received any call after that. Kindly look into it as it is very urgent matter

    Disappointed with @ViCustomerCare charged for a data plan activated on May 9 that never worked. It's been 10 days with 0 bytes of internet. They want me to pay. Falsely closed my complaint C003-149350065273. Reverse the charges & fix my bill. Terrible service!

    @ViCustomerCare How bad your network can be? Rare signals,No OTP getting received, No outgoing calls connecting. Even when I want to port out of your network, even for that OTP is not coming. Help me get OTP on my number, I'll port to something else. @TRAI @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare I have been raising issue with my vi simcard since last week that I am not able to send any messages on any number even though I have already have pack necessary.I have also mailed it but the issue was resolved without any resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Still not able to send any message nor receiving any OTP's, if you know how important OTP's can be, you should give a prompt resolution. Thank you.
