    @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.

    I don't understand why this number of mine with Vi keeps getting suspended. If they can't fix the issue, they should just release the number so I can get it from another provider; the number is very important to me.@ViCustomerCare @vicu

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI In case of any problem faced due to network, can't even lodge a complaint via 198/199. App doesn't work if net is down, no way to contact with customer support agent. Kindly take necessary steps for this. No help option via call support only robot speaks.

    @ViCustomerCare When will my SIM be delivered? It's already been 4 days since I ordered it through your online store. Your customer care team hasn't been helpful either. If this is the service before delivery, I can only imagine what it'll be like afterward.
