    @ViCustomerCare @SpyKaParivaar "Facing the same nightmare! Not only is the network non-existent, but I don't even get notified about incoming calls. And to top it off, you charge extra for 'Missed Call Alerts'? I pay for service, yet I get absolutely zero value. Is this a network or a joke? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare network problem vi show 5g &4g but speed is 5 to 10 mbps?? Always my phone speed show & not working any app. & youtube, Please upgrade your network vi

    @ViCustomerCare I think you have not understand my issue.I want to activate name callertune but as per check new name addition caller tune requested same not done if name updated i will recharge callertune recharge plan immedietly
