@ViCustomerCare. Absolutely worst service even for a high paying postpaid customer of 12 yrs with multiple connections. The agents do not know anything about IR, and I'm a day without my phone working, despite the app saying that IR is activated on my number. Pathetic! #exhausted

@ViCustomerCare , You guys give cheapest plans, benefits and good speed....then also why your customers are leaving? The reason is your coverage area! Even inside the house, sometimes your network is not reachable! Work on it
