@ViCustomerCare Hello! Your complaint dated 27-Jul-2021 01:15:09 PM with reference number C003-107619333577 is registered. We assure resolution by 30-Jul-2021 01:19:08 PM. This was my complaint & it never got resolved. My internet also doesn’t work after paying bills on time.

@ViCustomerCare @reliancejio I have more than 3 months of validity left for my number ending with *******055 but it is fine to move out to a more trusted service provider, rather than anticipating good customer care and other services. Have full faith on Jio and its services. Goodbye Vi!

Hi, @ViCustomerCare haven't heard from last week and as per commitment that concern will not get solve then will get 3 months of pack for the numbers I've faced problem. Now this is our final words to @ViCustomerCare I can wait for few more days as usual.

@ViCustomerCare worst in office replies and this company won't last people are requested to switch with other networks i have face issues with mine hence recommend all to go for other companies because even vi service centre people are helpless and wont help u.. Worts
