@kunjmau @VodafoneIN @JioCare Just port out from Vodafone and get connected with any jio care representative for further paper formalities.. But don't forget to clear all dues with Voda before initiating the request. If need pay sum bucks extra to poor Voda 😜

@ViCustomerCare @nikhilchawla @ViCustomerCare is just nuisance, they have taken details of my issue many times in last 2 days and want me to send again and again. Swathi, Vaishali, Priyanshu and Hasnain are the names given to their answering bots and public is fooled VI staff is replying.

Perplexed how poor a network @ViCustomerCare is. It keeps only last 6 months bills and one can only download 2 at any moment. Customer care executives pass this off as policy !!! @ViCustomerCare is worse than even a public sector company !
