@ViCustomerCare Don't port in the vi network U can list ur existing number I ported my no in vi and it's more than 15 days i m not getting network in my new sim for activation and my previous sim has been closed no help is being provided by vi care or from anywhere else

@kunjmau @VodafoneIN @JioCare Just port out from Vodafone and get connected with any jio care representative for further paper formalities.. But don't forget to clear all dues with Voda before initiating the request. If need pay sum bucks extra to poor Voda 😜

@ViCustomerCare i port my sim to ur network and i m really disappointed after doing thiss it's more than 2 week although my sim is activated but i k. Note getting network in my new sim And even my 3 replacement request has been rejected I won't suggest anyone to choose this.

@ViCustomerCare I can't access data since morning, whenever I open any app, it automatically changes from 4G to 2G. I've raised complain and given time frame till 16th Nov. This is disgusting to say the least and I'll soon change my network to Airtel or Jio, I've never faced issues with them.

Hello @ViCustomerCare, I have been struggling to get an e-SIM on my postpaid number. No one is able help! I was told by ur CC that I will get a call for verification but it didn't cone! Vi rep saying i need to change my @Yahoo email address as it blocks the QR code. Pls help
