@VodafoneIN is one of the worst service providing and I am not sure how come modi2 govt is sleeping. No control from #telecomeministry. If we elect same govt every time this will impact. @narendramodi @AmitShah

@ViCustomerCare I have never seen such unprofessional like you. I am using your service from last 9 years. I am contacting your people for bill correction from last one month and those people just say pay your bill. They are not listening.

@ViCustomerCare what a pathetic service. I brought new sim card 4 days back. Im still not able to use Internet. After multiple complaints still customer service say "we will take your complaint and try to resolve issue with next 5 days". Some of the employee cut the call directly

@ViCustomerCare for the last 2 years I was completely depended on wifi. And have been recharging VI, but no use. I am sure you will have the data to check in past 2 years how much mobile data I used. You should technically give my money back for this ****** service.

@ViCustomerCare Every time the packs validity going to expire your network stops working good. I face call drops, low speed even I have 1gb data left. I think this is your strategy so the user recharge his pack in advance. I have 6 days left at my unlimited pack bt unable to use

@ViCustomerCare (2/2) There is no range problem in our area as my own roomate is using VI sim and it's doing great on his device. I hope you will look into matter and resolve it so that I won't regret getting my sim ported to VI service provider.
