Why only Tamil language executives are calling?.When I request for english language they drop off or never call back ?. Lastly i was promised that my concern will be closed in 3 day

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Team, my VI number stopped working and not getting any support on this from vi store and even called to customer care, but they are telling the number not exist in his system. So can you please check the issue on number 9886833026.

    @ViCustomerCare If payment are not made on time u keeping calling & frustrate ur customer,but y don’t you call when u update ur SIM card & ask ur customer to update their SIM card too. I have DM my queries too..

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no one cares be it Vodafone Idea & Airtel. Present operator disconnected my phone and past operate did not bother to update final outstanding of only Rs 98.99. Now what customer is suffering with outgoing calls barred. Thank you both

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia lady called form Vodafone Idea & I explained her total outstanding was only Ra98.99 as per Airtel message emailed to her. Airtel failed to update it resulting into services barred during pandemic if there is emergency what will I do.
