    @ViCustomerCare @kprakash0 VI is completely failed to resolve the issue. It's very disappointing and hopeless to raise complaints. After 22 months has been passed but no resolution provided till yet. Only hiding the failure of there technical team.

    I am being shown on Vi app that i will get 50gb extra if I recharge with ₹1449 plan but customer care is denying that no such offer exists. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare if you don't want to help, it is fine but kindly don't torture by sending DM. Everytime I send DM amd explain the issue some other executive messages and asks again, what is going on ? I guess this is the reason why you are losing customers
