@ViCustomerCare I migrated my vi prepaid number to postpaid through vi website, did tele verification. After few days number was suspended. When I visited to store, executive told that at my address postpaid service is available and asked me wait as the process would take time.

@inkalabjindabad @ViCustomerCare They are going telling about amazing, but not whenit seems they are cheating customers by dragging, they will provide and network team is working.If they,at least started 5G service in any one of the cities, customers will have faith, but nothing. @ViCustomerCare its been 10 hours since Vi signal has gone completely numb. You boast & boost about ur 5G services on one side but on the contra ur customers r not even receiving basic signal. My Vi No. 8121258952. Early resolution anticipated.
