    @TRAI What rubbish is going on in our country? I've active service validity and main account balance in my @ViCustomerCare Vodafone account, but my outgoing sms is barred. And Customer care executives are saying sms service is activated only after minimum 129₹ recharge. ?????

    @ViCustomerCare What we will do with this unlimited data? Your network is getting worst day by day and from last 2 days it is not working at all like slow than 2G . After complaining also same ? Are you going to take action or not @ViCustomerCare ?

    @ViCustomerCare I have activated missed call alert but it is not working, I am very upset please help. I am not receiving messages when I am outside the network area. I activated the missed call alert by paying, whereas other companies do not charge any fee for this service.

    @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare Your Customer care is nothing but a puppet service. They will call and say we are resolving your issue buy no time limit will be provided. And the issue never resolve. FYI I've already lodged a complain 3 times in last 10 days and that's what I heard everytime.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst service comes in the field of telephone,that is Vi.I have recently ported out from to vi,but its going a horrible experience for me.When I am going to indoor,the network signal has been converted 4G to E.After 90 days,am going to port out to @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged of ₹351 100GB data but i only got 77Gb why this happened ? I have tried to reach on customer care number but it's not reachable.
