Anyways @ViCustomerCare is losing subscriber base and now their customer care helps them to lose more subscriber. They are asking to pay bill online but that too after suspending account on their app. Leaving a customer helpless to pay it online.

@ViCustomerCare hey needed new sim , how to approach . As @JioCare is of no use . All options are open either port or new sim . But #vodafoneidea has to make sure of network at my location .
