@ViCustomerCare I tried to reach out to your customer agents from VI Prepaid number but your IVR has no option to talk to them. I was able to connect with an agent from my postpaid number but was refused service. With this kind of customer service, no wonder people are leaving VI

@ViCustomerCare Worst service by vodafone last 5 years I am paying one of my postpaid number which is not in use. Last one year I am following up with service team.The nonsense team is not ready to solve my problem So i decided to switch my remaining 3 vodafone sims Jio or Airtel
