@DeShobhaa @ViCustomerCare Unfortunately I had to port my number, used vodafone for more than 10years. Frequent call drops, bad coverage in small cities and Irritating corona vaccination ringtone which is not being played by current server provider, made me to break this relationships

@ViCustomerCare I have recharged my vi no on 31 aug with 399 plan offering zee5 subscription for one year, but we didn't get yet, one of customer care executive said this offer is valid from 1st sep, but no date and time mentioned in plan details. So I want refund or subscription

@ViCustomerCare Maya It wasn't About Vi App but it's about Vi Network, This has been a Continuous Problem with Vi Care. They ans to things which aren't related just to end the Queries. Mam Vi is not able to provide 4G in Delhi. I have been forced to switch to 3g since past 1 month.
