    Hi @vodafone @ViCustomerCare , I’ve been a loyal Vodafone user for over a decade and this is primary sim, and I was proud of it—until today. I tried converting my physical SIM to eSIM following your official support guide. But the process failed, and now my SIM shows "No Service"

    Hi @TRAI I sent a port SMS VI switch to Jio. but till now they have not given me the PORT CODE. When I call VI customer care, they give you the false information. that they have CODE sent it to you OR wait until the oct 8. @ViCustomerCare

    I emailed @ViCustomerCare but got no response. So I visited the Laxmi Nagar store—they couldn't fix the issue and offered a new SIM. I clearly requested prepaid, but they issued a postpaid SIM without informing me. This isn't a mistake—it’s a betrayal of trust. Shameful.
