    @ViCustomerCare as per the Karishma again called and telling the same **** she is not helping me that if I m not able to use call and network function then why I should pay already more then 20 times I raised the issue regarding network and call issue no one helping.need call

    I think you guys are trying to fool me .. earlier when I complained about my internet issue you told to wait till 16th November and it's been 8 days my internet still not working properly..my exam is on 28th November..you not understand the severity of situation @ViCustomerCare

I am disappointed with Vi as you were the first mobile number i had back in the 90s and now I am parting ways as I am for the 2nd time porting my number from your network. It says something here, hope i return soon

    @ViCustomerCare No one contacts from Vi ever cause their network is so bad that can't get through hahaha and when u share a landline no they claim they can't get thru that also
