    @ViCustomerCare I already recharge my account 599 rupees pack. I got payment confirmation receipt but my pack does not reflected. My number's outgoing and data services are discontinued. This is my 1st time recharge in VI network and I suffered very bad.

    @ViCustomerCare it's a request now to repair your network i can't found signals properly then how I use the network and your customer care no. Can't pick the call so now do it ASAP or I portability to another network

    @ViCustomerCare My brother is using a VI no. 8964048966 and just like mine his talktime is also been deducted for some unnecessary service or games service which he didn't opted for. He is also saying that he want to change the operator. about 40 rs. has been deducted
