Then the guy takes the remaining amount but u don't get receipt/message. Now Vodafone starts bombarding U with the old bill. Is it a scam?

And Kerala customer service ppl r clueless about Bangalore bills & would keep telling you there is no bill. Is this some scam whereby innocent Vodafone customer s are being cheated?

I don't think there was any other measures taken to rectify the issue. Need much better actions to be taken from your side. Otherwise you will lose more customers.
