Worst reply by @VodafoneIN @idea_cares. They are saying side up gradation from nov2019 till date. Ittne mai to @JioCare ne pura network bana diya. Pahile apne employee ko acche tarike se baat karna sikhao.

@VodafoneIN I have been trying to reach to complain about a 20 rupees value added service to be removed that I haven't added. I called 198 and 199 but not able to get through. I haven't requested nor asked for any value added service . I need it removed and all charges
