@ViCustomerCare Extremely poor customer service is the reason Vi is losing customers continuously. Each timeI call I am told to restart the phone. Done that approx. 10 times. Customer care representatives simply appear disinterested to help.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Team, My brother is facing serious issues with respect to e-porting facility. He applied for a change from postpaid to prepaid on 22 Dec and left for Malaysia on 27th Dec. Now he's unable to get any Network from Malaysia to activate his new prepaid sim.

@ViCustomerCare Got my sim converted from postpaid to prepaid. Store people took ₹299 from me as a mandatory first recharge, I’ve paid for it yesterday. They haven’t done the recharge. I’m sitting with an active sim without calls. Store is not picking my phone. Rubbish service!
