    @ViCustomerCare I have also sent many mails and transaction id regarding the same. But my problem is still ongoing. Very bad service given by you. i can't tolerate this problem anymore. Kindly refund my money back and deactivate this sim. This is totally waste of money.

    @ViCustomerCare Very poor browsing service also very poor customer service. I am unable to use my data service.i dialed 198 to talk with customer excutive but not able to contact call is hang up automatically in between the time of adding with customer excutive.plesae solve it.

    From past 6-7 days..there in a huge network issue in my area,complained twice but no solution..my area is subhash nagar jodhpur rajasthan, one of biggest city in rajasthan yet this type of service, airtel is way better.. @ViCustomerCare

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I ported out in Dec 2020, still i used to get continuous messages on how to check my balance, my bills - blah blah till the month of July 2021. Inspite of taking up the issue on all possible forums, calls, Twitter, emails, i am not sure if the problem has actually been resolved.
