Hi @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS, my vi number is recharged with 199 which includes 1gb per day data. But it is showing 0. Yours call services are not working and sms sending is fail. Solve it.

@ViCustomerCare Team, in this age of digital transformation its sad to see that you are sending cheque for small amounts like Rs. 326 to addresses where customer doesn't reside. U should give option of adjusting the excess payments to new relationship numbers of the same customer
