@ViCustomerCare is thr any customer care no. which works? My VI number suddenly stopped working and when I couldn’t contact customer care, visited VI Store what I was told that I need to upgrade my SIM. New one was supposed to work after 4 hrs but even after 8 hrs, it’s not wkg.

@ViCustomerCare I doubt if you are simply interested in gaining money by manipulating my bill.Every month you are charging me something which I really dont use .Got frustrated with your below low class customer service and repeated same response. Please expect my switch to your competitor soon.

. @ViCustomerCare Facing Internet issues every day from evening to 10pm,can't even buffer a video ,can't even open any website, purchasing 2GB data per day pack & cannot use even half of it @ViCustomerCare If this issue continues definitely will change to other network soon.

How absurd and ridiculous? @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT and @ViCustomerCare automatically does an auto recharge feature without customer's consent. Note: Only a few days back, I did a recharge of Rs.155 That recharge value pack was repeated again.
