    @dsbisht28 @VodafoneIN Bro you're requesting them from September 2019 onwards. I am requesting them from November 2018 to till now. Still now they're saying that we are working on your issue. This is a horrible customer service. Worst customer service they're providing to customers now.

    @ViCustomerCare hey how come my 299 postpaid plan got shifted to 399, a 33% hike, hardly I can use any data, I was only paying 350 per month for my old number and now I have to shell out 500 for your so poor network where data & network is so inconsistent even in a metro city.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir/ma'am one of your employees changed my sim plan dishonestly. He called me on 6/10/2021 and changed my plan by giving me false information. I also complain against him to your customer care helpline number but nothing happened. Part 1/2
