    @dsbisht28 @VodafoneIN Bro you're requesting them from September 2019 onwards. I am requesting them from November 2018 to till now. Still now they're saying that we are working on your issue. This is a horrible customer service. Worst customer service they're providing to customers now.

    After one after doing complaints of ur service,executives of @ViCustomerCare did nothing except giving lolipop. U think that money of indians r free to loot, no one will take not of ur ******* service. @GoI_MeitY @TRAI kindly take a note & must introduce a law to punish these co.

    Show me a worse customer care set up than @ViCustomerCare and I will eat humble pie. Zero comitment; Zero seriousness & an automated menagerie spewing the same rubbish. How long does it take to attend to a complaint of excess billing that has been acknowledged by the co? RUBBISH!

    @ViCustomerCare Call keep disconnecting, voice keeps cracking, network drops Are you going to resolve or not? It’s been can’t remember around 2 years keep complaining. Is there no engineers to resolve my issue. All sitting idle?????

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely third class service for postpaid to prepaid conversion. Since 5 days I have been suffering. Incoming calls are blocked despite of 400/- recharge. My clients are suffering. Please resolve asap. Changed SIM cards twice. Still same issue. @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare Sorry couldn't catch up with you at that time. @ViCustomerCare problem still sustains. Getting regular complaints that number is not reachable most of the time. Kindly look into the matter

    @ViCustomerCare You have to be super serious. I have never seen such poor customer service . Honestly speaking I don’t even understand why you put people@on job without training. You asked me to email I sent an email and they closed my ticket stating it’s resolved ???
