    @dsbisht28 @VodafoneIN Bro you're requesting them from September 2019 onwards. I am requesting them from November 2018 to till now. Still now they're saying that we are working on your issue. This is a horrible customer service. Worst customer service they're providing to customers now.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare i am from outskirt of patna which consist nearly lakh population all over area but still ur network is worst and giving 2g speed of data. Other companies sims are giving high speed data (4g) only vi's data is 2g😔 Pls do something ASAP.

    @ViCustomerCare number 9822012345 and implemented whatever they said right from charging main balance, update sms number Nothing works. We called 6 times and they said they will transfer to supervisor, which never came online or called us back. We left unattended for long.
