    @dsbisht28 @VodafoneIN Bro you're requesting them from September 2019 onwards. I am requesting them from November 2018 to till now. Still now they're saying that we are working on your issue. This is a horrible customer service. Worst customer service they're providing to customers now.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Sir / Madam we are in 2022, If I pay for 4G then why I am not getting the service? Just ask your team who visited in my location every one port to another connection due to network issue. But I am not ready to leave VI family. So please ... 😔😔😔😔

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. MNG-V00858258653. With this, you should not face any further network issues. Just in case you arent happy with our resolution, you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days.

    Good Morning Vi @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup As I generate a Network issue in my home against SR # ROB-V00861453727. Your team visited in my location and as per there observation 4G connection is too low so I have to use my Tab and other Smartphone in 2G mode. Is it a Joke ?
