I am requesting them from November 2018 to till now. Still now they're saying that we are working on your issue. This is a horrible customer service. Worst customer service they're providing to customers now.

Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.
