    @dsbisht28 @VodafoneIN Bro you're requesting them from September 2019 onwards. I am requesting them from November 2018 to till now. Still now they're saying that we are working on your issue. This is a horrible customer service. Worst customer service they're providing to customers now.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone I want to switch from postpaid to prepaid, but Ms. Richa of Vi store (Netaji Subhash Place, Pitampura, Delhi) told me that I have to visit the store from which I have obtained the SIM Kindly help otherwise I have to PORT to @airtelindia
