    @dsbisht28 @VodafoneIN Bro you're requesting them from September 2019 onwards. I am requesting them from November 2018 to till now. Still now they're saying that we are working on your issue. This is a horrible customer service. Worst customer service they're providing to customers now.

    @ViCustomerCare I need the bill receipt for my prepaid number from March 202 to March21. You app is worst it will not provide bill receipt. I dis not receive any mail for that as well. I sent a mail to customer care but no response. Worst service to customer. Provide me bills.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @TRAI Idea is a very poor network.. You simply cannot complete a call without either not connecting at all or having call drops.. Internet is a far fetched idea

    @LangaMahesh @ViCustomerCare Apart from their pathetic network service, the most irritating part is their unsolicited frequent pop ups regarding useless add on packages 😬😬😬..if somehow the ok is inadvertently clicked be ready to pay for the unwarranted n unsolicited service😬😬

    @ViCustomerCare How many years it will require? Is more than a month is not enough to get a resolution? Do you think this is the way of customer support? Just fade up and pathetic. Not sure is VI is strong enough to run their show in Indian Market?

    @ViCustomerCare Cheater vi network.dont use.its a hopelessly worst network. Never solve issue of network after 12 complaints.
