    @ViCustomerCare Customer representative was not able to speak with me due to network disruption and after 2 Hour I got a message that my issue is partially reaolved. In another message I got update that 4 G service is at its best in my area. I am getting edge network BTW.

    I was told my complaint will be resolved but its more than 3 days no resolution has been made this is how you treat users? If you dont need us we can port there are many other best option available @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am just fed up of your customer service, nobody from your team is able to give me resolution. What a shame being such a huge company. Give the resolution or I am going to consumer court. My request number: SR# - MUM - V00802642562

    @ViCustomerCare Consider this comment as feedback. There are many good recharge plans being carried by you at the present time, but all these services have no meaning. I have been facing low Internet speed issue from a long time. Customer care did not resolved my concern yet.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue has not been resolved. Since 2 weeks I’m just looking for a resolution and now again I’m being asked to visit the store. This is going to be my 3rd visit and I am being assured that this will now get resolved at the store.
