    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Why are YOU getting bothered? Have faith in YOUR system. You say "customer is lying". I say your system is wrong. The offer WAS showing in my Vi App and IS still showing to me. I did the recharge. I lost ₹199. Not your money. Don't tell me what to do.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Customer is not responsible. SMS came after payment. I can't check SMS before paying. So either give me the plan shown in App or refund ₹199. "Refer above response" is not a resolution

    @ViCustomerCare When I am saying that I have wrongly recharged the number and the number even is out of service then why after one hour passed you people didn't refund @ViCustomerCare .Kindly Refund me as soon as possible. Don't scam with people.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Until you resolve my problem, the screenshot and number will stay on my timeline. People deserve to know about this Vi App error and how Vi treats customers. This is about transparency, not privacy. Resolve: Either refund ₹199 or activate the promised plan.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer care just told me "we can't help" for a WRONG plan activation. Your app showed ₹199 = 1GB/day + 2GB/28days. I paid for it. You activated different plan. It's YOUR VI App mistake, so why do I have to bear the loss? Why is customer paying for Vi's
