  @ViCustomerCare Dear VI, Why I am not getting VoLTE service on my IPhone 12. Whenever someones calls me, my mobile network switches from 4G to 2G. I am not able to utilize internet service due to this. It’s very frustrating. Please fix this issue ASAP.

  @TRAI No respite from unsolicited calls by Vodafone Idea team for plan upgrade calls made in guise of service calls !! @ViCustomerCare why have u shared my mobile numbers to these agents and pls stop this . I get 2 such calls almost every day

  @ViCustomerCare Hey VI Recently i change my smartphone model but now i face problem regarding volte service. It show Only 4G logo on my status bar. My new handset model is Realme 3 pro.Please enable volte service on my number 8718804110

  @ViCustomerCare This won't work. Have tried this earlier. Do confess your network is very poor. I have no hope on Vi.
