@ViCustomerCare Helo there, I recently ported to vi™ sim and activated voLTE services too. But in daily usage when i call to any other networks my volte is disabling it self i can't use the 4G/3G/2G any either internet during this call. Please help me what should i do???

@ViCustomerCare I don't have count how many times I have told you to call me only when you have proper information. There is chain of tweets and DMs related to my complaints. Every time new person calls me & asks what is the problem? When I ask to check details, call is hung up.

For compatibility issue I had to get a new sim card with my old number. I visited VI store thrice, and I'm surprised to see that their request for this change is getting rejected everytime. @ViCustomerCare #viindia
