@ViCustomerCare I hav shifted frm airtel to VI for better service. Reality is different… VI hav compability prblm wid iphone…not able to make n recieve calls. same place same tym any android phone wid VI sim can make calls n recieve. Most hopeless service n customercare team. Fixed ans. only.

Another jolt of poor @ViCustomerCare I have got a response that Vi postpaid service is poor so switch to prepaid. No one give a damn about customer value at @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup tired of how badly you treat your customers.

@ViCustomerCare Hello, I am a prepaid customer of VI and have a balance of 399 validity pack, active sim card still when someone calls to my number then the number is coming switch off.I have also registered an complaint, however it's been >24hrs and still it is unresolved.
