    @ViCustomerCare my only concern is.. that i don't want to listen to your stupid message when i try to call someone. it's annoying & useless & waste of time. what if there is an emergency and your stupid message delay our calls.. will the company take responsibility if something happen ? @TRAI

    From pas few days while making an outgoing call my network goes down , nill automatically after dialing a number and I'm not even receiving any call , whenever anyone tries to call me my network goes automatically down @ViCustomerCare

    Dear VI, I’ve seen unexplained charges on my bill. Neither your store officials, nor your customer care can explain it, and your appellate doesn’t seem to care that I’ve sent out 3 emails. I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. It’s shameful. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I recharged for unlimited 4g + 5g data. My device is Moto pad 60 neo 5g. I'm in Gurgaon and despite having 5g signal I'm unable to use Internet at all. Could you please help me. Sharing my vi number on your dm. Please help
