@ViCustomerCare I will be paying 1400 for next 6 months on the VI Red X plan. I get full 5G signal but no 5G speed as it’s still not launched here. Was it a mistake to lock in instead of porting after 90 days? It’s 2026 — when will VI 5G actually launch?So how can we trust you?

@ViCustomerCare Facing severe network issues since yesterday at Duggal Colony, Khanpur – 110061. Internet completely down. If this issue is not resolved within 24 hours, I will escalate this matter to TRAI and initiate MNP to another network. Extremely disappointed with Vi.
