  @ViCustomerCare Really i am very disappointed with this network, so many times i have given my feedback till now they are not rectified the network issue.Signal shows 4g+ but when i check in VI app shows high speed limit is 2g. #Cheating and #looting.

  @ViCustomerCare I am one of lakhs of volunteers who are working 24-7 on Covid relief. Could you PLEASE stop with the spam calls every damn day? Just stop. Every day there’s a call from one of your centers or people asking me to use 5 numbers on one phone. Stop it.

  @ViCustomerCare my services are down from 2 days. Not receiving any incomings calls or unable to make outgoing calls and my Internet is also not working. What’s happening? I am in Maharashtra. Very dissatisfied with the services after being your customer for more than 12 years.

  @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi , I am facing a slow internet speed in my Vi network something around 50 kb/s , which is really poor , I always prefer your network and in my family everyone using Vi , I want you to fix this issue as early as possible .

  @ViCustomerCare Have complained regarding network issue. Comp no 003104452724943. But really surprising that have not received any call and it's showing resolved. The issue not resolved. This how customer issues are solved at VI ??????

  What shocked me was that @ViCustomerCare took 5 days did nothing to fix the issue, I lost my daily internet data for which I had already paid in advance, and lied to me today saying it's fixed and my speed is excellent + I had to raise new complaint + wait for 2 more days again
