Hey! @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup A few days ago, When I spoke to Vodafone customer care, I talked to him about Network issue. So he started abusing me And then even today, when I spoke, i cut the call before I knew it. Conclusion is this consumer do what now

Dear Vi, Reference to the email received from Vi dated 27th Nov 2020, I am entitled for a refund. I am told by the VI store that they have sent multiple emails, but even they are not getting any reply. Please help your Vi store to resolve @VodafoneIN. @VodaIdea_NEWS

@ViCustomerCare Worst ever customer service experience. Without any subscription, different value added services got activated and charged for the same. When I contacted customer service executive, he said you can close card without providing any solution.

@ViCustomerCare Why don't you improve your service despite repeated complaints. We should be a little ashamed that we are paying for internet data. I am getting internet data at a very low speed to my location. Please Don't cut customers' pockets.
