    @ViCustomerCare The new one - the third one - has gone dead too! So I'm without a phone connection and with no means to resolve this peculiar case of the dying SIMs! Please help! I'm at my wits' end and more than willing to port to another network if this isn't dealt with ASAP!

    @ViCustomerCare Why was the 49 rs recharge been closed it was afordable as also there was no question of service validity, this service validity component has been recently introduced by VI just to fool customers by introducing high price recharges in the name of valuable servic

    @ViCustomerCare @MumbaiPolice just rec'd a msg "Dear VI user your document has been Expired please call customer service no 8926203753 immediately your sim Will be block within 24hrs." Called he insists I download from playstore a program and follow what he says Is this true?
