@ViCustomerCare I wrote in detail about my issue 5 days ago and u guys reverted now.. You people are so shameless.. 2 nights ago Zomato delivery guy tried calling us once he reached our location but couldn't call. He called my Vodafone number in front of me and my phone wasn't getting connected.

@ViCustomerCare Absolutely no internet at Tripolis, Kota, Rajasthan. This issue is not due to my SIM/device, as other people in the same building are also reporting the same issue. Note that the sims can be used for calls, but not for internet. Please fix this ASAP.

@ViCustomerCare Dear VI My vi number is 8445950333. Volte is currently not working on my number irrespective of using 4G VOLTE Enable phone (Samsung M20) and having settings to 4g and volte is enable in phone settings. Please activate volte on my number. Regards, Lavi Sharma
