More than 10 days passed since I raised the complaint,still counting.I think that's the strategy,normally anyone would get tired and stop following up (which I used to do in the past 5 mth),and then they would continue providing their customers pathetic exp.@ViCustomerCare

@DoT_India Services are not provided yet bills raised. Complains regarding deficiency in service not attended. On top of it a demand notice sent by @ViCustomerCare. Complaint to CPGRAMS also does not make a difference. Please look into it. @AshwiniVaishnaw
