    @ViCustomerCare I PORTED FROM JIO TO Vi . No signal in tirupati , no response from customer care. India ka worst network. To all people, dont port to Vi. My number: 9505955789. Worst Network. Pls unport my number🙏🏻🤦🏻😡

    @ViCustomerCare You have disconnected a number without cause or notification. Your customer care line puts me in queue and then disconnects after sometime. Your store tells me to call customer care.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial more than 3 months later the problem remains unresolved. Your executives accept the billing is incorrect, but claim your billing team insists it’s correct. I am asking for an explanation of the bill, but no one can offer any. Is this how it works?

    @ViCustomerCare Why only Patna has been 5G services in Bihar Jharkhand Circle, Connectivity is also poor in semi urban and rural areas. Can we have 5G launch in other prominent cities like Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Darbhanga and Dhanbad in 2026.
