    @ViCustomerCare I PORTED FROM JIO TO Vi . No signal in tirupati , no response from customer care. India ka worst network. To all people, dont port to Vi. My number: 9505955789. Worst Network. Pls unport my number🙏🏻🤦🏻😡

    @lavanyadeepak @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup No it’s purposeful, they are providing for entire North India, but totally neglecting South.Other operators providing vowifi from jan 2020. but #vi still purposely not updating South. Incapable network team and network. They use to tell they don’t have any timeline. Cc don’t know

    @ViCustomerCare Today again, I have visited VI store for activation of SIM and also submitted Postpaid connection application along with passport photo and Aadhar Card. Store has issued new SIM and assured me that it will be activated within 1 hr. But again, still it is not working/activated.

    @TheLallantop Facing the same issues, in Noida sector 119. Going to port to different network provider. Which one should I choose, @airtelindia or @ViCustomerCare. Need family plan with 4 people.

    @EktaHanda @ivivek_nambiar @ViCustomerCare It never happens. Every time you interact there is a new person who don't know or bother to know the background. So you are back to step 1.

    The network survey confirmed a complete resolution of the problem can take a few months. Till then atleast MCA or VM is needed on a compensation basis but even these are being charged as premium service by @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Hello Vi I have ordered Vi sim home delivery on 26.11.2022 for my aunt from mobile no. 8420964766 till now I have not received the SIM and no representative has contacted me. I have tried contact customer care but got no help. Please help. Really disappointing.
