  @ViCustomerCare @vodafone @AdityaBirlaGrp I am still waiting for a resolution to my problem. My postpaid connection is not working since 16th and in return what I get is false commitments and fake promises on mail, on telephone and what not.

  @ViCustomerCare No resolution since almost a week. Daily twice calls from the team asking if i have got a call. Nothing else. Just now when i asked them for more info, the guy simply cut the call stating nahe leni hei toh cancel kardo mjhe farak nahe padta. @ViCustomerCare

  Hello @ViCustomerCare . I have an active Vi plan that includes voice, SMS and data connection till 28th August. But why my service is stopped on 26th 12 AM? I have an active portout request from Vi, but my connection should be active till portout process is not completed.

  Voice calling in Village Poore Bashanti, Warziganj, Gonda (UP) is severely affected. Calls frequently go mute and there are repeated call drops, making communication extremely difficult. Please urgently investigate the network and resolve the issue @ViCustomerCare @DoT_UPE_LSA

  @ViCustomerCare hello team previously i was using Airtel postpaid, due to bad service, I decided to switch to vodafone Postpaid and it's 15th day.i am facing the same issue of internet not working. You people assured me that your network bandwidth is everywhere,so why I m facing.
