@ViCustomerCare I even requested to connect me to supervisor to raise the issue so they shared a request ticket (3-119163022159) saying that I will receive a call from supervisor within 24 hours but then again I still waiting for the call.

@ViCustomerCare Is vodafone still operating and if it is really operating then after 7 messages for conversion of my postpaid no. to prepaid.Why have I not received a single call from vodafone.I have spoken to customer care executives multiple times but my issue is not resolved.

I think @ViCustomerCare is one of the worst telecom service provider as they r simply to make money and do not pay attention to customer issues.I think it is simply a waste of time to even make a single request to @VodafoneGroup and I should rather opt for port out.
