    @ViCustomerCare I PORTED FROM JIO TO Vi . No signal in tirupati , no response from customer care. India ka worst network. To all people, dont port to Vi. My number: 9505955789. Worst Network. Pls unport my number🙏🏻🤦🏻😡

    Paying for 4G but getting zero Network! @ViCustomerCare please fix the issue at Paldi Rathod 382810. Stop relying on pincode level data. Bilodra and Charada have great signals but we are left with nothing. It is very annoying to run outside every time the phone rings. @JioCare

    Finally I want to say THANK YOU @ViCustomerCare After 2years network issue resolved. Special thanks to Nakib Choudhary, DT Engineer, who personally visited the tower site and spent nearly an hour in my room, carefully checking and fixing the issues.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I got my SIM ported to Vi through a roadside vendor 2 days ago. The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. I can share my mobile number and other details via DM. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare My VI SIM order (DCHD31072627170)placed on July 30 still hasn’t been delivered despite the promised 24-hour delivery timeline. This is a clear deficiency in service. If this isn’t resolved and my SIM isn’t delivered today, I’ll be filing a complaint with NCH,

    Why offer if you have no facility to cancel? Now I have no option but to throw away the sim. Give kyc in bank, office, insurance co for new number, which will take almost a month. Stop cheating your customers. @ViCustomerCare

    @MyIndusIndBank what is your app’s problem? Till now I had no issues using your app while on @ViCustomerCare mobile data. Suddenly after updating app (which you hounded me to do), I’m getting error “caution network threat”. I can’t even take a screenshot because of dumb policies.

    @ViCustomerCare wrost service by vi i recharge on 12/06/2026 rs 579 of 56 days which is end on06/08/2026 but my pack end on 04/08/2026 how this u justified this fraud by your company
