  @ViCustomerCare I threw away that SIM as that was unsuitable, difficult to remember. I wanted to take a better connection BUT your customer care is extremely rude, disconnecting the call from time to time. Kindly give contact of your manager, time availability and name.

  @ViCustomerCare Alert! Your 2.25 GB unused Data from Mon-Fri expires today! It is wrong policy. Data must be carried on till last date of plan expiry not in weekend. Customer may consume surplus data in any days of month expiry. It is lost of data & money for customers.

  @ViCustomerCare why are you spamming me with reminder calls to pay my phone bill weeks before my due date? This is going to be one more reason to port my number away. Instead of improving your service, you're annoying your customers.
