    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneProbs @ViCustomerCare vodafone is getting worst in customer care section *** the days pass.. and above that in name of upgradation details we dont get my 4 gb plan is now 1 gb & reason not known as VI is in upgradadtion as per customer care representative.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't want to do recharge of same amount twice ,I do because of your app showing payment failed. If both recharge become successful so kindly withdraw or cancel one recharge and refund the amount & fyi I am using updated version of your app it still showing ntng

    @ViCustomerCare don't ever call yourself as fastest 4 G network. No customer care services. No proper feedback process. Shittiest app design. Excuses for not providing good internet service. In last 10 days internet speed in my area dropped by 10 times. You have no future
