    @ViCustomerCare I'm unable to call from idea no. 9028372931, hv unlimited pack valid till 2022. Already Registered complaint (snapshot attached). Kindly do the ndful as it's been almost 4,5 days.

    @ViCustomerCare I recently opted out from your post paid and told the guy on the counter that I would port my number and to do the needful he said it would be done once I pay and go to other network outlet and ask them for porting, turns out I hve to wait 90 days

    @ViCustomerCare i really do not understand ur network operation coz my Vi prepaid no. has full network n good speed at the same location whereas the postpaid no. has no network... Cant use services at all... Isnt ur network consolidated for vi n idea? My Vi postpaid 7066556654
