  @ViCustomerCare please just rectify the frequency, in my area so that i can receive good network in my room too... Because when I came back in room my network recipient turn to "E" from volte, which is truly unacceptable..!!

  @ViCustomerCare, can you please stop with your cheap tactics of subscribing to VAS on our behalf and deducting money from the balance? It's annoying to call customer care twice a week and go through the headache of getting the amount reversed. This is disgusting.
