@ViCustomerCare can you fix the thing when the networks automatically set to EGPRS like 50 times in a day. Do you even aware of how many and for how long users are facing this?? keep it that way and will keep losing customers. fix the errors. hire some talented engineers

@ViCustomerCare I have a UK Lebara sim. I’m currently on a visit to India. I am not getting Lebara signal in India. I was told by the Lebara executives that Vodafone has a tie up with Lebara in India and hence I should get the Vodafone network here. Please help.

@ViCustomerCare never going use vi again it's promise to my self first you say you can't message to anyone you've to verify your sim on vi store And your vi store is closed everyday. And you can't contact customer care on 198 How to port this Any solution?

Vi is the worst NETWORK provider. They randomly just turn off my net for a whole day anytime. It happened 10 times last month and 2 times this month. I can't even send a WhatsApp message. I have also file complain multiple times but they have no clue about it @ViCustomerCare
