  @ViCustomerCare My wife has been trying to port from Jio to Vodafone for the past 15 days. First order created thru app was cancelled, store people forcing us to purchase postpaid and now new order is created and no response from customer care! Pathetic service for new customers.

  Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare
