    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to send SMS. 198 is not working. No option to talk to cust care in 199. Raised a ticket through chatbot (MNG-V00563903050) & it's closed but not sure what it was for. Sending sms is critical for many apps to validate. Pls look into it urgently.

    @ViCustomerCare my dear countrymen…please don’t take Vi service. Worst service provider. Not responsive to Customer issues and not replying to complaints! Don’t make payments to the bills!!! Opt for Airtel, Jio, BSNL instead!!!

    @ViCustomerCare I am in Bhowali @ Nainital district and there is not even edge network. It’s No Service from yesterday 10pm. My both Vodafone number goes useless.

    @ViCustomerCare I've escalated this issue to your Appellate Authority and I'll make sure the action will taken against you guy's. You're doing just time pas and the issue is pending since 13th July. Be ready for action so that the customers will not facing issues from your end @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone idea no wonder you are losing customers and company is on brink of shutdown, u removed 95rs recharge & your new recharges are all shady for customers with no clear details about service validity, few packs have no outgoing sms, this in turn is (1/2)
