  @ViCustomerCare Every time I call customer care, I'm told, "It will be delivered today/tomorrow," or that my request has been escalated and that the delivery agent will call me. However, I have received no call, no delivery, and no update.

  Hi @ViCustomerCare @JioCare, the network coverage in Nana Chhapara, Kashindra (Ahmedabad) has been extremely poor. We have over 300-400 bungalows here, and recently around 300 people have already ported to Airtel out of frustration. Please improve the network ASAP! #Vi #Jio

  @ViCustomerCare Ordered a new SIM using mobile no. *****8748 on July 26, but I've received no tracking or delivery updates. Multiple customer support calls have only resulted in conflicting information. Requesting an urgent status update and prompt resolution.
