@ViCustomerCare I converted prepaid vi to postpaid vi since 29 sep 2021. Since then my mobile data is working neither indoor nor outdoor. Call quality is very pathetic in both plans. No issue with Jio and airtel in my same flat. Vi application is just trash where you can not even raise compalin
