@ViCustomerCare for the last 2 days the connectivity is very poor , signal drop, voice distortion, difficult to make or receive calls..am a long term customer but with such poor performance possibly time to think of porting to another service. pl confirm if this GTG sorted out?

@JioCare @reliancejio It seems I have to definitely try as @ViCustomerCare executive called me today but she wasn't having any info regarding the case & then she was supposed to call me back after 30 mins post understanding the issue but as usual your company can't stand on commitments.

@ViCustomerCare have scammed us by upgrading the postpaid plans of my 3 sim cards from 299/- to 399/- without my consent and are now blaming their sales agency who have targets to achieve. Been a customer since 2001! Time to finally port out and look for alternatives!!
