Last month it was a same situation and they charged me the internet consumption because of their delay of solving the issue. This is why @VodaIdea_NEWS is downgrading in India

How can anybody satisfy by activation of sim card after 12 days? Arbitrary management in Vi. Nobody care if customer is satisfied or not. 😡
