    I had done the wrong number recharge & within one hour i raised the issue with @ViCustomerCare and they had asked me abt all the details and getting all the details after a week apx they called n said sry we can’t do anything Then y were u collecting details from me

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.
