    @ViCustomerCare Received the duty free code in chat almost 24 hours after my arrival in Mumbai, 6 th or 7th time begging in WhatsApp chat. No plan of going outside India next  1-2 years. You say use the code in 6 months ? Shame on you! Making fun of me or poor shaming me?

    @ViCustomerCare Do u have any ghost in ur system? I’m currently abroad and I’ve been charged twice Rs.70 each for calls that i didn’t even make/attend & ur customer support is awful. Been a vi customer for past 12+ years & it’s time to move on I guess. U r pushing us to limits.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you mention that the billing is correct … this is daylight cheating. With IR pack data is free then only speed shall be reduced as mentioned. Let me remind you 4G is still not working. Resolve it!!!
