    @ViCustomerCare Continuous internet issues even in open areas. Tried all troubleshooting, changed phone settings, and used the Vi app, but nothing worked. It shows 4G+/5G+, yet even YouTube won't load and my phone heats up. Switched from Airtel expecting better. May move to Jio.

    @ViCustomerCare Why have you left the old caller tune in Tamil without updating it? I spent 234 rupees for this, but it's really bad. Please sign a contract with a third party and update the caller tune in Tamil. Not only that, the Vi application is very slow.

    @ViCustomerCare You check my previous complaints. You have everything. Just don't do time pass. Do some work go to previously provided information. Note: this not problem for single or specific locations. For how many places I give details like house no. etc.

    @Airtel_Presence Nah not anymore, it's painfully bad, I don't have any hopes 😭 My recharge is ending soon, I'm going to @reliancejio or @ViCustomerCare if they give good offer I think 😭
