    @ViCustomerCare - the network has been below par since yesterday. Calls are not connecting, data not working this is in addition to the frequent call drops. @TraiIndia Would it be possible to penalise these ppl if they don’t agree to solve the issue in next 2 hours? Will Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Agar tumse network improve nhi ho rha to chhor do n ye Hardin 4-4 ghnte ke liye signal band krne ka kya mtlb hai? Customers ko kitna trouble hota h jab signal hi nhi ata h SIM me call bhi nhi lgta, so plz do something otherwise you'll lost one of your subscriber

    @ViCustomerCare Issue still not resolved, Im still facing difficulty browsing the internet after 9Pm every day...... kindy do something a VI guy came and showed me the speed during the day when everything works fine but the problem starts at night ...

    @ViCustomerCare I had added main balance in my no.but I am not able to use it,I haven't seen such a pathetic service ever by any n/w,did I made a mistake trusting this platform,this is not a safe platform for us anymore
