    @ViCustomerCare vodafon idea Vi fraud is fraud.Their retention team does false promises when customer wants to port out to other carriers. They do fraud. After porting out they charged me extra amount as pending dues.Why should not we #bycottVi #bycottVodafoneidea @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare For anyone whose ported Vi number can't be activated by calling 59059, I have a solution, Just forget your number throw your sim away and ask your friends and relatives to delete your number and get a new sim from any other reliable service provider.

    They are not listening & keept telling me to forcefully cancel the port request. Have 40 missed calls. Please look into the matter as this is my choice and @ViCustomerCare cannot tell me what i should do.. provide better service to retain customers. Do not force them to stay

    @ViCustomerCare Again no 4g in my town facing this issue frequently this is the 3rd time in 6 days... Finally I'm porting out from vi. Several complaints made regarding 4g network still not stable.

    @AdityaD_Shah My dad was one of the early users of MaxTouch that evolved into Orange that later became Hutch which changed to Vodafone which is Now called (VI) @ViCustomerCare . Its been over 25 years and he is still with the same operator. Talk about Customer Loyalty.
