    @ViCustomerCare It only hurts the customer. 5 to 6 different Representative has contacted but they are neither restoring my service nor refunding my money which I paid. Cheating of customer can't be accepted.

    @ViCustomerCare When u can’t able to handle the call why u text response in 24 hr it’s like Aladdin ka Chirag u reply with ur alternate number and problem resolve. Stupid question when I given u the problem number u check what happen and return

    @ViCustomerCare You are losing your 10 year old customer.I have reported issue of not getting any SMS notification which impacts my business transactions. I have raised ticket MNG-V00691565475 but no solution so far. Now getting frustrated with service.
