@ViCustomerCare I just got a call from customer care, Sir, your network issue has been resolved. When I checked the light, I saw no network work.And customer care says that you can put photos on social media…. What a shame it is not giving good service and dishonesty from the customer.

@ViCustomerCare ... Improve your customer services. Have been trying to contact CC executive for a week. There is no such options on IVR. Store location mentioned on the website/app is outdated and there seems to be no store around. Unable to send SMS despite active SMS pack.
