    @ViCustomerCare That's Unacceptable,stop sending these kind of messages. How can you deduct the amount ? In past also Ambiguous messages and deduction in name of service activation happened. Consider this as an escalation and it do not motivates me to continue your services.

    @ViCustomerCare I'm not your customer. Someone who's your customer has used my email ID to activate his number. It's atrocious that you have allowed it to happen without any sort of verification or approval

    @ViCustomerCare We have recently Ported out of @airtelindia for Severe Deficient service over 9 months to Vodafone. Apparently now both service providers have joined hands to deprive us of our services.
