    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I don't know if you are aware of the current COVID situation in the country, but it is severe. Despite that being asked to physically visit the store doesn't feel right. I would like it better if issue is resolved online where one feels safer that too just over a SIMcard.

    @ViCustomerCare the network is down since two days, it's really slow and signal's weak, automatically running between 3g and 2g not connecting to 4g, tried changing phone but didn't work, kindly look into this
