    @VodafoneIN Very pathetic service from #vodafone. Around 60days not getting signal in my house. No proper support from #Vodafone customer care. And no improvement in service.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Why are YOU getting bothered? Have faith in YOUR system. You say "customer is lying". I say your system is wrong. The offer WAS showing in my Vi App and IS still showing to me. I did the recharge. I lost โ‚น199. Not your money. Don't tell me what to do.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Shruti ma'am. Now limit for dm is over. When recharge is pending you continuously msg and call the users to do recharge. So why I should not update your service on daily basis? No network then refund my money. Or its ur duty to provide network. It's been 4 months w/o network
