@ViCustomerCare My complaint is about the number ending with 4423, and not the other one which does not have a recharge. I am repeating again, I think your network engineers actually work for #Jio by ensuring interruptions of 30 minutes to an hour, daily

@ViCustomerCare Your network in my area is pathetic. Get 4G speed almost all day long. I complained about this twice in 3 months. The response I got is that you are trying to improve your network in the said pincode. Please let me know when that had been done. Why should I pay for 5G until then?
