    @Idea @VodafoneIN We requested for Porting from postpaid to prepaid on 28 September.On 1 Oct 2020 our postpaid number was deactivated and we used new sim for prepaid and tried reaching 59059 for activation but call is not getting connected and no Network.Urgent Genuine Advise.

    @VodafoneIN When I subscribed to the 999 plan I was assured higher speeds but this is terrible. And this is not yesterday/today.

    Time to port to @reliancejio I think. @VodafoneIN has become the most unstable network. What do I do with unlimited data when your network fails when it is most needed

    @VodafoneIN when are you guys going to look into Data jamming issue at postal code 401303. I suspect some other service provider is jamming data on #vodafone as I get good 4G network but no data access. Please look into this urgently.

    @VodafoneIN Customer services have deteriorated after the merger. Simple issues do not get resolved. Promises are given but no one is bothered. Sad about it after using the services for many decades.
