    @VodafoneIN 1 month 3 days...how much pathetic can you get in customer service. Caller tune is still not disabled.Just spoke to one chat agent, a service ticket was raised and closed immediately with no resolution.

    @VodafoneIN has suspended my account twice this week and blamed me for it network issues since 6 months current number since 9 yrs + total tenure as a customer 17 years. Think about it. Tomorrow it could be you Port out to @Airtel_Presence today.

    I am a @VodafoneIN customer since 2002 Maxtouch became Orange 10 days after I joined as a prepaid subscriber. After 17 years the same company is harassing me by suspending my number whenever they feel like and charging full #Bhugtaan

    @VodafoneIN you cannot force me to pay for your expensive plan that I don't need and not provide network to use it and suspend my services if I complaint about it. You cannot get away with this. I am on a hunger strike till all my issues are resolved to my satisfaction.

    On 28sept I had raised a complain about network issues I was promised a resolution by 1oct6PM @VodafoneIN gave themselves 30days time without consulting with me. Somewhere in between the complain was closed without informing me and yesterday a new complain was raised

    @ViCustomerCare VI believes in giving dates after dates, but no resolution. It's really pathetic. I really regret why I opted for this FRAUD and 3rd Class pathetic TSP called VI... Till date, no resolution from VI... Disappointing...

    @ViCustomerCare can nearby construction noises weaken your EM fields? Cause I am facing problems with internet speed, a 2 days ago I use to easily get around 30 mbps but now it's so low that even websites doesn't load, also latency has increased above 1200ms.

    My family has personally moved on from 4 @ViCustomerCare Sims to just 1 Sim due to terrible services. Totally understand why they are bleeding out on their customers every month. And the amount of promo calls they do after you port, uhh😣 Horrible! Explains much... Isn't it?
