    2 : @VodafoneIN what is the use of so much balance data when u are not giving proper service. I am not able to use 4G also. Plz take this seriously as there are 1600 flats in this complex. N everyone is switching their carrier.

    @kitsharma as expected issue identified. Not by @VodafoneIN - but by me. Confirmed with other users. iOS app doesn’t work. Android works. Cust care says no uri yes uri reinstall app etc. pathetic. Send Muru with your phone ;-)

    @VodafoneIN such a pathetic service at Your Vodafone store at Ghatkopar. They are not ready to take services for Postpaid to Prepaid conversion. Such a poor service even if we want to continue in Vodafone.

    @VodafoneIN I got a reply from Vodafone person who called me that they cannot improve service at least for next two months and its upto me if I port.. Perfect customer service to 7 year old post paid customer.. @VodafoneGroup 🙏👍

    It used to be awkward running after cheap internet usage, but these days we are looking at cellular services like @VodafoneIN, @Airtel_Presence and @reliancejio being global giants and providing 5GB data free everyday but still failing to provide basic call network. #DigitalIndia

    What a poor quality network of @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup, not able to use messages, data and calls even multiple call drops missed many telephonic interview coz of it, using from past 10 years same number n company but now it's time to change service provider. @SrBachchan @TRAI
