    @ViCustomerCare it’s very frustrating that you charge extra then take forever to resolve it and then if customer hood to your word you will charge kate fee too. Disgusting. Resolve it by 8 pm 🕗 today. Period.

What is the compensation and resolution else let me pay the undue amount (which you all are charging without any reason) and let me port out

    @ViCustomerCare Thank you Mr. Kumar for informing me that my concern has been discussed but please keep in mind that it is not resolved and can never be resolved unless it's given to me in writing that I won't face any issue further during roaming.

    @vivekmishra120 @ViCustomerCare It won't also. Please check my tweets. I had an ongoing battle with them for the last 2 month & today I gave up. Will port out soon. Have been a loyal customer for the last 15+ years and apparently due to boundaries and restrictions they can't help. PORT OUT!

    So #Vodafone Idea @ViCustomerCare won't allow customers to call on any 10 Digit Helpline Numbers including Phone Banking, if they are on Unlimited Calls and Data Pack/plan. However there are no issues with @airtelindia and @_reliancejio That's why Vodafone is losing in India

    @ViCustomerCare I have been a postpaid subscriber for 12 years. I have just been auto subscribed to the Movies and TV service, for which there is no opt out mechanism on your app. Since this is a clear case of fraud, I'm requesting @TRAI to intervene and stop this dark pattern.
