    Telecom operator like @VodafoneIN and @reliancejio network reception is very pathetic in Ghansoli and even after raising so many complaint over one year still shameless people did not solve it. They conveniently say we don't have plan to upgrade network in your area.

    @Airtel_Presence Yes you are tweet away but @Airtel_Presence is actually not caring. Services barred & u fail 2update it on time. am asked 2wait 48 hours 2start services. In pandemic situation if I need 2 connect who’s phone should I beg 4 do not lie u hav not addressed my concern @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia lady called form Vodafone Idea & I explained her total outstanding was only Ra98.99 as per Airtel message emailed to her. Airtel failed to update it resulting into services barred during pandemic if there is emergency what will I do.

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no one cares be it Vodafone Idea & Airtel. Present operator disconnected my phone and past operate did not bother to update final outstanding of only Rs 98.99. Now what customer is suffering with outgoing calls barred. Thank you both

    Pathetic service @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare has.I had to forcefully change my sim to new Vi sim.But during the process showroom executive didnt mention that my no will be ported to billing.I didnt even use to sim and now i have 2 months unbilled amount #worstservice #vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare I took a VI sim recently in the Kolkata Circle, and using it in my Poco F1 device but not getting the VoLTE support. I contacted 198, they told me my device is not updated to them, so they can't enable VoLTE for me, disappointing for me...

    @TheVanityPond @ViCustomerCare I got my cnctn back without doing anything.I can't say Vodafone sucks. It gives the highest 4G speed beating Jio and Airtel with a great margin in my place.Sometimes n/w interruptions may happen and it is acceptable to some extent.But never had such experiences other operators.

    @ViCustomerCare Without doing anything Vi reduced five rupees from my main balance. 1st time when I contacted them they told me they will refund within two minutes. But after 1 hour they didn't refund me. Then I called them but their behavior is very rude & they didn't help me.

    I and several neighbouring residents are facing network and internet issues since 9th April, did many complaints but had worst experience while resolving this issue from your side. WFH issue arises due to this. Govt must take cognizance of this.@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @abpmajhatv

    @ViCustomerCare I call someone listen the covid voice recording for 30 seconds and then call do not connects,then again I have to listen the covid voice recording for another 30 seconds.I know covid recording is government guidelines but idiotic network is not.Idiotic Vi network
