    @VodafoneIN - I am not able to understand due to this Covid 19 issue many people salary are been hold for past 2 Month due to which if Vodafone bill payment are pending for last month whereas due date was 22nd May... Now Vodafone company started playing the IVR before calling.

    @VodafoneIN Continue to get reminder messages though there is NO payment due from me this month. As requested, have sent many emails, bill copy, screenshot of MyVodafone app, whatsapp messages, made numerous calls. NO RESPONSE AT ALL DESPITE PROMISES TO ARRANGE CALLBACKS. HELP.

    I m trying to reach your customer support team but no conversation with them & within that call drop when 4G is on call failed what type of service is this If someone calls up call drop and phone doesn’t ring not a single bell and I got a notification of missed call @VodafoneIN

    @VodafoneIN I get only 1 or 2 signal bars out of 4 and alot of fluctuations in the network is the main issue. Also it automatically cuts calls in between. Hence for a single call I end up doing 4-5 calls!

    There is too much call drop on the network and low coverage always Internet is too bad the signal point over the phone is to low Many a times phone doesn’t ring & i get a notification there is missed call due to call drop Even ur customer service is very poor @VodafoneIN @Idea

    @VodafoneIN worst network my other number showing not working since 10 days. Customer care picking the call but not answering. And some how yesterday I guy Rajdeep picked and said 30min ur number be active. Paid bill also . Worst service in such situation

    this is your optimal giganet network.. i have recharged day before yesterday of plan 699 but its totally got wasted ... fix this issue at priority to avoid consumer dispute against you ... getting 140kbps at 4g network with FULL 4 signal bars @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare

    Legit after calling multiple times and spending hours talking with @ViCustomerCare no solution has been provided. Seems like @ViCustomerCare is not meant for solving customer issues but creating more problems

    @ViCustomerCare Oh very good, ok,do you have 4g indoor coverage in Tamilnadu??? Ok leave it, do you have Vowifi in Tamilnadu??? If you have any one of the service, Then I believe the above. If you are not capable of providing the above services, then how come you will provide good 5G services.
