    During the past 5 months, I have been charged additional data usage charges by Vodafone which is then reversed after numerous follow-ups as the excess data charges are done even on 50% pack usage. Such billing errors seems to be rampant with Vodafone Idea @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneIN I am been called to tell that the charges are being reversed for one month but my complaint clearly is for two months. SMS evidence of over-charge has been provided. But the larger question of why it is being repeatedly happening for 5 months is left unattended.

    Vodafone network has gone from Good to worse and getting more worse day by day. There was a time when @VodafoneIN network was excellent but it’s gone very bad especially after merging / take over of Idea.

    @ViCustomerCare I went to your store SCO NO 2, Ground Floor, Sector 27- D, Chandigarh on 14th April to get my number ported from Airtel to Vodafone.After doing all the formalities, I left your store but my number is not ported till now slow clap for your bad service 👎🏻👎🏻

    @ViCustomerCare Tried calling the customer care various times, and nobody is able to understand the issue. The only solution provided is to remove & reinsert SIM. Can someone assist on this? I am at a remote location and without connectivity for 3 days. @PIB_India @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare @telecom @jagograhakjago it's the worst network service that I am using. No customer support is available to resolve the issues. Kindly refund my money as you earlier told me that you can revert any recharge within 30 min .it's just 10 min.kindly refund my money.
