@VodafoneIN Purchase new sim postpad connection then after your old no activate.Means i haveto purchase two sim one is postpad and second is my old no.I had 7 days on my way to Vodafone store but my sim is not activated yet I didn't know that Vodafone has such a useless service

@VodafoneIN wasted whole day if can't provide service why take cust for a ride ordered new sim card was supposed to be delivered today but no phone ,no agent came to deliver have doubt if choosing Vodafone was right or wrong this is just the beginning.

@TRAI @VodafoneIN i got a call fm customer care reg bill pymt when there was call drop data fail how do u xpect consumers to pay the bill each time network team visit no change billing is on do v run charity earning for others #NSE showing loss no service even ser call drops

@ViCustomerCare After power cut mobile signal zero . And i think no have any additional power backup Again my problem get closed without resolving. In reality no one visited the nearest site to evaluate the actual problem. You simply closed my complaints no.

@ViCustomerCare Received response says "top side already showing recharge for 955XXXXXXX" "My question is why your system changed the pre-selected number in first place?" You will make any changes and put customer at fault is that customer service for you?
