@VodafoneIN One of your executive called me and asked me to Port out from Airtel. He gives me a plan worth Rs 299 fixed bill and promise me to have Amazon Prime with it. I did MNP from @airtelindia to vodafone but I didn't find any such offer for my number. Please help me out.

@VodafoneIN please fix the network issue in my area. have made complaints with the customer care several times and every time they say some mechanical changes are planned in the tower near by but then no change. Overall every where network is very poor.

@ViCustomerCare "Just had a visit from technicians, during the visit 4g was not available even outside home and said the network was coming from 5km away. There is a VI tower 1km from my home in Vilakkottur. After the visit, network came back and 4g was available outside home. Little suspicious.
