    @VodafoneIN It is discussed only. I wish to know the rule for denying me the handwritten request on Letter Head. If you don't show me the rule i will enquire with TRAI. Your staff at Kalyan West is not trained to treat the people from heart. They have no value for customers time. Shame Voda
