    @ViCustomerCare hi! May I know why i was suddenly billed additional roaming charges on my post paid bill for January. Have never incurred them before, and your website states that there is no charge for national roaming? Could you look into this please.

    I don't have payment issues if @ViCustomerCare resolves the service issue I'm facing else let me port out without any penal charges of ₹3000/- for exit from redx plan before 6 months! I have and will always pay my bills regularly if you resolve issue for which I pay telco.

    @ViCustomerCare I received call from customer care multiple times in order to get the context and a further new complaint was registered and resolved as per you, BUT YESTERDAY AND TODAY AS WELL I'M RECEIVING THE CALLS, ARE YOU GUYS FORCING TO PORT OUT? OR SHOULD I TAKE A LEGAL ACTION?
