    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello,Your network is hell.On the name of 4g you are giving 2g speed.Its better to sale this company to the other service provider and go back to UK.I am here in india since 18 march 2020.I am facing same issue since the above date.

    @ViCustomerCare Not even a single bar on this network. After complaints problem resolved just for 1week. If you are not serious about us then please let us know we’ll switch to other telecom service.Even for call we have to go outside the house and don’t even think about internet

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI VI doesn't stand a ground with unfair practices like this-NO vas activated but still deducting main balance, CAN'T send SMS for banking, COMPLAINT no. 198 just speaking about offers. And you still expect to survive with such foul practices and service?
