Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

Your infrastructure is not good, the network is not available outdoors within 500 meters to 1 km of the tower. However, it is being written in the inbox that whatever network is available, we have to accept it.

Don't do any long validity recharge. They are deactivating ur number and forcing to change to Postpaid Kindly portout ur number at the earliest.
