  @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

  @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

  @ViCustomerCare Latest resolution for my complaint for slow 4G internet (equivalent to 2G) is "too many users in area". We are now paying telecom companies for such resolutions from customer care. Complaint closed without any resolution confirmation. 1/2

  @ViCustomerCare Send the Number via Private message. Hope this issue is resolved. I m in International roaming & need this resolved asap. Either provide service or refund. Or i will have to change my operator as soon as I land back home
