    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneFdn #vi I have been a vi customer for over 15 years but no offers for me, old customers not getting benefits that's why vi lost the market in India #sad as a vi real customer you will lose. Will #PORT soon

    @ViCustomerCare this is the third im complaining about the same network issue about slow data speed & interrupted call. Idk whether any action have been taken or not but its worst now. If this cant be corrected atleast this time ill port sim & complain about bad customer service

    @12aRahul I think you correct, it's VI problem and whatever band @ViCustomerCare is using it is their business, but the actual scenario is, it is not 5G at all because staying on 5G network and having 5G unlimited it is consuming data from Daily data. And I know the FPU limit of unlimited
