@VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

@VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

Hey @ViCustomerCare stop harassing me with repeated calls, I've handed over UPC code to airtel guy. There is no use of incessant calling from different numbers, I've been your loyal customer for last 6 yrs but left due to your ****** network. I won't ever use your products again
