  @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

  @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare is running a scam where they pull customer in to a Family Plan and then prevents from letting then leave it. I have been trying for almost a week now. Paid all the bills. But they are not deactivating it. Always say wait for 24-48 hours. @jagograhakjago

  @ViCustomerCare It’s been 4 months since I’ve been facing this issue, and I’m 100% sure it’s not going to be resolved anytime soon. I’ve just been assigned another ticket, and I’m pretty sure this one will also be closed without providing any actual solution.

  @ViCustomerCare Not only me many people in my area are facing the same problem.. No voice teansmission since last 3-4 days.. Area STATION FEEDER ROAD, SILIGURI DIST- DARJEELING, WEST BENGAL, PINCODE- 734005 If the problem persists we will be happy to switch network.
