@VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

@VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

@ViCustomerCare Worst service in India. I lost VI signal on my mobile and support team telling I need to wait 4 days so that they can solve my issue. It means I need to stop all my activities for next 4 days, what a wonderful solution 👏👏👏👏.

@TRAI VI Vodafone Idea is automatically deducting balance Talk Time of many customers from 4-6Months. VI is activating VAS services on their own & taking advantage of poor people by showing balance zero. Kindly lookover this issue. @TRAI . I have all the proofs. @ViCustomerCare
