@VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

@VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

@ViCustomerCare Is VI doesn't support VoLTE, I just ported my sim to VI, I'm using Motorola G60, dual VoLTE enabled mobile phone, after experiencing voice over calling issues I called customer service, they told VI doesn't support VoLTE. Is that right? Please respond, Thank you.

@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup My SIM is blocked since 28th Sept. I had recharged 4 a year in April 21 and I am not in India till Feb 22. My sister is operating my phone by my behalf. Please help to get a new SIM card ASAP. I can authenticate with a video call and copy of aadhar

If you are in #Goa don't get @ViCustomerCare as it has the worst network in the area which is unstable form full network to no network and the poor quality internet never u get 4G even when you are in the city. @TRAI need to look into poor network service
