    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi SIM on OnePlus 11R 5G is stuck on GPRS/2G instead of 4G/5G. I’ve already restarted the phone and checked the preferred network setting, but the issue persists. Please resolve this urgently. #Vi #NetworkIssue

    @ViCustomerCare @grok Facing such issues with a newly issued SIM is extremely disappointing and has caused me significant inconvenience. I am genuinely very unhappy with this experience and expect Vodafone to resolve this issue immediately and provide a permanent solution.

    @ViCustomerCare No network on my number while on international roaming for the last few days. Tried everything with no luck. Roaming pack is active till June 2027 but I’m missing important OTPs. Any help?

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare messaged me that the issue was escalated and resolved but what was the resolution? Unclear??? Instead they just sent me a link to do a new recharge. Peak customer negligence and leaving them to buy new packs. I am requesting to port my number. Pls lmk the steps.

    @ViCustomerCare I raise a point on Slow Internet which has more to do with connectivity - U take it as clearing cache & cookies and expect revert Why don’t YOU check the Internet Speed being offfered at my pinpointed location at #Haldwani and come up with a solution. @TRAI | @AdityaBirlaGrp

    Switched to @ViCustomerCare from Jio & facing the worst experience ever! * Indoor: Zero network (cross symbol) * Outdoor: Barely 1 bar; even on full signal, call quality is pathetic * 4G voice/data is totally unusable Care asks to wait "few days" to 6 months! Fix it or port.
