    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @ViCustomerCare Among all the Network providers in Meghalaya, Vodafone-Idea sucks the most. The moment it start raining lightly, or there is power disruption in the area, their network and internet goes down too. Most times, you don’t even need those reasons.

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, The problem is resolved now. Thank you so much for the help. But please do notify the user before block such numbers from Vodafone account. I know it's done systematically, try to imply something else, because everyone is not regular with social media to ask for help. :)

    @ViCustomerCare absolutely zero coverage in my home. Worst coverage from VI. Even after the merger of 2 big companies, you are unable to provide network

    @ViCustomerCare The only information I need is how and who to escalate and get my refund if the sales reps are not answering calls after taking payment, customer care says wait 24 hours on call everyday? Is your owned company also bankrupt like you? Not sure how such companies have license @TRAI
