    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    When for the past few months I as using Jio, you guys messaged & called me up daily to give offers and now when I tried using your service again, I learn the problem isn't solved yet, the very problem for which I stopped using Vi.Have some shame morons! #pathetic @ViCustomerCare
