    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare worst ever customer service from vi Store vazakala again. Vodafone never cared customer. VI are happy to provide duplicate sim if possible without even doing proper verification. Still company stays with the employee who done blunder.

    @ViCustomerCare @VilokSChandak For chiosing VI they bark on hoardings and everywhere. And when one faces a problem they do not provide even proper solution. They will give you an excuse of an app that works 0.01 percent times only to track the location you are in. And then they wont reply to your tweets too.

    @ViCustomerCare I think you are the only service provider charging for missed call alerts. Even then, previously i used MCI10. now the minimum is 30 rupees per month. Why so?

    @ViCustomerCare That is my personal number its not a retailer number because I converted it into your network for some reason. and not I want to change my network provider I never sign any agreement for this so fix this issue or I have to take serious action.
