@VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

@VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

@ViCustomerCare it's been so many days since I've files a complaint about network issue and nobody is responding. Are you folks playing a scam or what? First you assure your connectivity accross continents. Now, when there's no network you're MIA. Seriously, VI is worst decision.

@ViCustomerCare this is 4th tweet in 4 months reg. auto deduction of balance in name of games/VAS when both VAS & Flash service are expressly deactivated. Stop stealing money from own customers' balance #Vi_is_Chor my whole family is porting from Vi to other service providers.
