    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @ViCustomerCare every month my account is charged monthly fees for caller tune. When i dont even want it, everytime I deactivated it. It gets activated again automatically @TRAI please help.

    VI charged extra money on my post-paid Bill. It seems they compensated their Corona losses by levie such burden on customer. Unethical practices. Harassment. @VodafoneIT @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI VI has disabled sms facility particularly on 1900 so customer can't get port code to port out to other company.aftrany complain they ppl not responding.very disappointing.
