    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @ViCustomerCare Also beware of fake advertisement of VI which says fastest network as you can see in screen shot 3g network which is too buffering send you message too but not even call from your side

    @ViCustomerCare Sim is active now but no 4g showing and I got over charged by Vodafone store employe for Porting my sim. Charge for sim Port is 50₹ that's what ur customer care team said to me and I got changed 200₹ by Vodafone store employe.

    The worst ever customer care is @ViCustomerCare. It’s been two days that I have been trying to reach out to them, but sadly nothing works!! Guess it’s time to change my service provider!! @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare can u even understand my issue from 3 days . My sim is not being activated after changing from post to prepaid after paying such high amounts for bills and plans that only have to be recharged at store itself Whydo i have to suffer because of problems at ur end
