    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @ViCustomerCare i am surprised that i received massage my area upgrade 5G . let me use 5G but even 4G not working . every 15 minute drop network to 2G. what i should reply not understand.

    @ViCustomerCare internet signal almost nil. Please advise any bribery option for good internet as I suffer for long year. Otherwise send quantum of internet via post card by post office. I will pay post card price by money order. No need to reply back, need action not words.

    Ported my number to Vi but facing issue with first recharge activation. Local service/support is not helping and only delaying. Very poor customer service experience. Please resolve this urgently. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Its almost one month and no solution has been received. Now i think i need to stop paying bills in order to get any revert or solution from so called dumb company who is least concerned about the loyal and oldest relationship..

    I’m writing to report an issue with my current 56-day 4G/5G unlimited plan. I successfully used up my 300 GB data quota during the first 28 days. However, now that I have entered the next 28 days of my plan, my internet has completely stopped working. @ViCustomerCare
