    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    On a daily basis @ViCustomerCare seems to drop to new levels of pathetic. End March, had asked for activation of Intl Roaming. It's been 3 weeks & all I get are emails with each representative giving a diff. story. Am abroad with no network & all OTP services are linked to it.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI DISAPPOINTED!! Stop the cheating by ur CC ..I wanted to DEACTIVATE one number 4m family plan..CC was RUDE & Chose not to do it..she just.stopped the number..So i continue to be BILLED!!. DEACTIVATE my other number..or I will port.. #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic service agent asking 1000 for 782 to pay the bill and they are oly making to tel sim lost, it is e-sim how can the sim get stolen or lost. pls call me and don’t give missed call or disconnect the call
