    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @ViCustomerCare As per mails and calls that should be delivered within 72 hours which means today I am supposed to get the same. Now it's about 7 PM, 12th Aug still no communication on delivering the SIM. What kind of service ?

    @ViCustomerCare I have not posted my mobile number on your timeline. If you have done so, please remove. Also, my issue is still not resolved. I have observed your petty technique today where you give a momentary missed call only to send msg that you tried reaching me. How low can your CC get?

    @ViCustomerCare VI is heavily missing customer service. I called up 199 & they said they can not deactivate the no., I will have to visit VI store. We had already gone to VI stores, ane they said to call 199 May because of such things VI is making losses. Time to go back to Airtel.

    If you use a service for 1-2 days or even activated in last week of bill period @ViCustomerCare charges for whole month. So think twice before taking #VI Services. They are just looting their customers

    @ViCustomerCare I asked for complaint/SR No. & resolution date in DM 20hrs ago and no one bothered to reply. Not honouring displayed offers is very pathetic behaviour. Moving out all numbers to @Airtel_Presence / @jio

    poor Vodafone @ViCustomerCare ... your customer care people have no knowledge. I have been requesting for an address change but your executive is asking me to upload adhaar card, when i told her that adhaar is of different address. She wants me to upload rental agreement which i did and it was rejected by your company. now she wants me to upload adhaar (which is of different address) amd rental areement both ? does she now know that only one document can be uploaded in your app. What kind of idiots are sitting in your care ?

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi SIM on OnePlus 11R 5G is stuck on GPRS/2G instead of 4G/5G. I’ve already restarted the phone and checked the preferred network setting, but the issue persists. Please resolve this urgently. #Vi #NetworkIssue
