@VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

@VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

@ViCustomerCare On expiry of validity we were already losing talktime value now with no SMS service, Vodafone making sure. Customer or operators will left with no service needed

@ViCustomerCare services of VI BAD. After manali no network in HP, JISPA,DARCHA...AND SARCHA... there is no prepaid and postpaid is working. Airtel& JIO is absolutely working with strong network. We were in group around 200 person facing same issues. Very poor.

@ViCustomerCare I had spoken to your customer care regarding Network problem and Data issue. He replied that data i had has expired. When I checked from the VI app it was 9.78 GB balance. He did not respond my queries and cut the call. I am facing network issues.kindly help me.
