    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @trai that is what I am saying. This is completely wrong. I have bills and receipts. Also a year ago I ported out. You allowed me to port out when I had Rs 193 pending ? So unethical. Why r u trying to cheat ? I can file a complaint in consumer court #VodafoneIdea

    @ViCustomerCare Fraud alert:Please port out of Vi network @ViCustomerCare as they provide zero service in one of the biggest cities in india and the customer is even pathetic as they tell you that these guys are still expanding. How is it possible after so many years and after two major mergers

    @ViCustomerCare I left the rest of the company and ported to your company and I have 3-4 Vodafone SIMs in my house and today I don't get data speed but I don't get calls from above because your very bad quality of network.. I'm totally disappointed
