    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @ViCustomerCare what wrong with you guys. I have plan of daily 2gb data but even if I not use internet it shows alert Zero data balance. Internet speed is also poor.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare can you please look into the issue that I have registered. This is absolutely not expected from a brand like Vodafone to shut down the sim without any prior notice. I am not able to do any of my work. This is so disappointing.

    @ViCustomerCare - Dear team please help me with your bad network coverage Indoor. Already raised a complaint. I'm not reachable or out of coverage area for 95% of my calls. I came to know all these when I'm in outdoor. Please take necessary action. Thank you.

    @ViCustomerCare : When a customer is on International Roaming, does VI charge the customers for incoming missed and unanswered calls?? Please clarify. As I am being charged for incoming call that were never attended.

Just bcz u guys don't hv the time to resolve my issue u thought u can torture me by blocking my services ! 8356820699 is my alternate no , if this issue is not resolved today itself then..

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged with 901 rs plan this Monday and from that day I'm not getting 4G service from you I'm getting 2G service also lodged a complaint but still facing the same problem
