  @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

  @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

  @ViCustomerCare When will issue resolved? You have misguided the customer. To bad network of vodafone , will not recomend to anyone to use vodafone services.

  @ViCustomerCare Assurance me for my inconvenience, you will do something I recharged Rs. 398 and within the service validity almost 3 days I faced the trouble. Got it? Say it publically not in DM. One thing yesterday night the service is up.

  Dear @ViCustomerCare, port request for my father from @airtelindia to VI is missing. SIM delivered on 20 Jul, ₹854 paid. On 21 Jul, your rep asked us to cancel and promised activation in 3 days. Customer care now says no port request exists. Please resolve urgently. Thank you

  @ViCustomerCare See I’ll port out my sim to Jio just 38days left in 90days of cool down period, so I request don’t deactivate my SIM card without my consent, i can’t be a customer of such pathetic company but bcz 90 days of cool down period is there else I might not stay 1 sec on vi network

  @VodafoneIN_News @ViCustomerCare I am demanding Company heads to answer. This is not my problem, this can be anyone’s. If you can’t do the service, many others there. BSNL, Airtel and Jio. I was billed thousands, could be others too because of your system. So do the best

  I had ported my Airtel sim to vi @ViCustomerCare i paid 854 online on their website but no one visited and delivered sim 48 hours passed , I contacted customer care 3+ times everytime they say 30 minutes but no call nothing happen no status update vi scammed me 854
