    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    If anything happens to me, hold @ViCustomerCare @Vodafone responsible cos I don't know why my house number, street, floor is needed as I have only complaint about poor internet access on my line which I have right to do as a user. After all I'm paying for the service.

    I said earlier and will say again.. vodafone Idea is worst network provider.. @ViCustomerCare.. Earlier I was receiving poor signal strength now its emergency calls only.. Thank you @vodafoneIN_Fdtn

    @ViCustomerCare @ianuragthakur @PrakashJavdekar Raised a complaint for delinking my family plan so that I can convert my sim into eSIM. It has taken 6 days and they haven’t yet been able to resolve the issue. This is the kind of customer service displayed by the VI team

    @Airtel_Presence i never seen such a bad company .i m not able to connect their custumor care specialist from last half an hour Such a time wasting company .too much Red tapism . they do this because to gullible their customer.#compnyforricher VI is much better @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I am here to assist you. As per our network team revert under DEL-V00849691434, the serving site is highly utilized and site is under upgradation it will take 90 days. if u will take 90days,then why are you taking charge for mobile pack.service nhi fir bhi loot.

    @ViCustomerCare Its been all most 1 month….Buddy, VI team and the company is too poor to work on the customer service and complain issues……..you people only know how to atract the customer but its Sounds too cheap that you don’t handle the issues of the customer. It’s such a……….😑😑😶😶
