    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    Hello @ViCustomerCare, you have the worst service in India.I Transferred my sim to Vi few days back, after that u had several issues regarding the network quality. You claim that you have fastest 4g network but in reality it is far from truth.(1/n)

    @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @ITS_MoC can help us on it. Because we are in situations where we don't know even dadline for same ... now people tried and frustrated. I understand to provide information to each and everyone people we are using this platform but there is some alternative available

It's 24 hours still no recharge updated..have already shared the pic of offer applied in My VI app of Rs 39 with full TT & 28 days validity... It will encouraging definitely Port my number.

    @ViCustomerCare you are not refunding my deposit of 3000 rs ,mo no 9552558288 since last 5 months. It is a very cheap behaviour of yours. Should we consider you as another cheap service provider @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare painful experience for users of VI is Army Colony Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Despite several complaints there is no network in the area ever since Vodafone has become VI. Hundreds of users are forced to consider migrating to other operators.

    @ViCustomerCare never ever seen such a pathetic service.last 5 month have paid 3k without using any service. Intentionally they will call you to deduct balance while on international roaming. Even if after recharge of international roaming pack they will say we don't have details
