    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Vi, DM is not the solution. Please check who has activated the VAS. I believe there are many people like me who are unaware of VAS getting activated by someone for which they are paying the money which they not even using.

    @ViCustomerCare Pathetic cheating by Vodafone customer care executives. Wife wanted to port. Executive called and said they are migrating her to new plan with lower rental. This plan never existed. Just to retain customers @ViCustomerCare is fooling us

    @ViCustomerCare What's status of my complaint?? Problem still not resolved. I shall Port all 7 Family Post Paid Numbers in next week if problem will not be resolved till Monday. Customer Care says they have no details of my Complain.
