  @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

  @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India How many agents will keep calling the spammer’s number “my number”? +919582050404 belongs to Vi and is blasting property spam. Read the complaint properly for once and take action instead of repeating the same reply.

  @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare messaged me that the issue was escalated and resolved but what was the resolution? Unclear??? Instead they just sent me a link to do a new recharge. Peak customer negligence and leaving them to buy new packs. I am requesting to port my number. Pls lmk the steps.
