    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @saumitrashukla @ViCustomerCare During Amphan I had connectivity issues, so wanted to change from poatpaid to prepaid, and the customer care said the process can only be done offline so I put the request to discontinue the Vi number altogether even though my business contacts had it.

    @ViCustomerCare I was informed by the customer care to visit the Bulanala store at Varanasi to collect the sim. This is highly unprofessional and humiliating.

    But the commitment not has been fullfilled yet,This is 2nd time its happen to me,I have recording of conversation.There is no response from customer care in this situation,I would request you to take necessary actions to resolve this problem as early as possible @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare from last 6 months complaining for network issue but i think VI not interested to resolve. Area pin-212107 Now 1 n only option is PORT.

    @ViCustomerCare Hey, I activated international roaming, I am currently in America and there is no network at all. Been trying to reach customer services for over 3 days and nothing seems to work.
