    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @ViCustomerCare I am sorry to say but you guys have stooped to a new low this time. First your signal and network is absolutely horrendous, then you block the SMS to 1900 so that customers can't port out, and your Customer Care tells me I cannot message until I recharge for 128.

    @ViCustomerCare an issue escalated more than a week ago is still unresolved. Your team claims there is outstanding for an old "PREPAID" number. How is it even possible? I haven't yet received a convincing reply or explanation for this. Please help.

    Fraud is what Vodafone Idea (VI) should be named. 1. Changed the number from Prepaid to Postpaid without my consent. 2. Blackmails me to pay the bill. 3. Been a member of Vodafone and now Vodafone Idea for more than 10 years yet doesn't value the customer. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Saw your #OneSecond missed call. You should say "we tried reaching you via missed call facility". Ma'am, we are at your service and can pick call at anytime bcoz we are customer. जो की कष्ट से ही मर (Cust Mar) जायेगा आपकी वजह से।

    @ViCustomerCare The problem is Sir, 10 years ago, I used to fill the form for the SIM card, in which the people who filled it used to make a lot of mistakes, it is not matching in the document, this problem is coming, whatever document I want, I have all the original documents.poor services
