    @VodafoneIN it's been almost 24 hours and my internet is not working and you dont bother much give proper service to your customers. Almost after 20 hrs when i contacted your support team they asked me to wait for another 24hrs. Is this the way you deal with glitches? @TRAI.

    @VodafoneIN I have done all the following things. 1. Rebooted my both phones 2. Both Sim are in SIM 1 slot in 2 different phones. 3. Active data planes. But still getting 2G connectivity. Please solve at this earliest. As i have paid for my service.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare This is extremely frustrating. I’ve followed up multiple times but still have no network If this is not resolved ASAP, I will be forced to port my number to another operator. Please take this seriously and resolve it urgently.

    @TelecomTalk Recently ported my two @ViCustomerCare numbers. Due to the issue with calls, and less network coverage. As many times I reported. But they never listen to any complaints.

    @ViCustomerCare I ve already made this clear - either complete the scheduled visit as committed or cancel this number. I will not pay for a connection that was never activated due to your internal lapses. Also, stop bullying me with uncertain billing if i dont visit store - thats not acceptable

    @ViCustomerCare Been reporting mobile internet issues since December and now it’s April — ZERO resolution from . You’ve made me run from pillar to post. Every time a new agent calls asking why I raised a port-out request — do you people NOT read case history or notes?
