  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI vi disabled outgoing sms service in 99 plan & no any top-up plan to activate the outgoing sms. Min. 179 rs. recharge req. to send sms. I have to send only 2-5 sms in 28days. Due to high inflammation money saving is needed. Pl provide any low amount plan.

  Looks like 16 year association with @ViCustomerCare will now end. As VI does not support #eSIM for Idea series number, I guess time to move towards @reliancejio or @airtelindia

  @ViCustomerCare This is my second complaint for the same issue while with Vodafone so if I have to complain about internet service again and again and then it takes a long time to get a solution then it's not worth staying with Vodafone and I will never use Vodafone again. I Would not recommend

  @ViCustomerCare No network, No stores , after reaching stores the staff behaviour is worst I have been charged from last one year by keeping my sim on hold to un hold the SIM taking too much time no response from VI care even after my elaborated message on the issue
