@ViCustomerCare worst experience with this company, there is no complaint number working. No one is there to solve problems facing in VI . I RECOMMEND NOT TO BUY VI SIM. I also going to port my number to @reliancejio . At least they are providing 24 X 7 service person.

@ViCustomerCare , you must have the most pathetic network ever possible. Repeated complaints also not solving the issue of internet. I can't browse for a couple of mins without the network changing to 'E'.

Vodafone-Idea is the most pathetic service provider. They bill for the same services twice, on complaint they commit the wave off of wrong bill and confirm over call, then do a backtrack. How would this fraud go, @ViCustomerCare, and how far? Not with me. I am fed-up!
