Im a from Kannur Kerala, since yesterday there is no network for VI users in my area, what kind of rubbish service you are providing, pincode is 670301, its more than 36 fckg hours, not able to make any calls or receive any #vi @ViCustomerCare #jio @JioCare #RahulGandhi

@ViCustomerCare After Port in VI from Airtel I am facing issue to get services the worst experience on first day I wasn't expecting that. IVR saying you have successfully tele verified your number and it will be activate within 15 min.And it have been spent almost 2hrs #pathetic

Worst service of @ViCustomerCare ever my internet connection is not available since last 2 hours and they told me as per gov rules this is not available and it is continue for 4 hours more... @TRAI is their any kind of rule where internet connectivity is not provided ??

Switched from Postpaid to prepaid on 11/03/2023, but i am unable to do televerification on 59059 because by making call on 59059 its auto disconnected. Solve my issue as soon as possible ,its already more than 5 days. @ViCustomerCare

Vodafone tele callers consistent of inefficient team totally. When asked to connect to service team for issues being faced in network and internet they simply disconnect the call and ghost away. Should be looked into asap @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup
