    Switched to @ViCustomerCare from Jio & facing the worst experience ever! * Indoor: Zero network (cross symbol) * Outdoor: Barely 1 bar; even on full signal, call quality is pathetic * 4G voice/data is totally unusable Care asks to wait "few days" to 6 months! Fix it or port.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Please cancel my prepaid MNP SIM order DCHD14082642934 and issue a full refund. 2 days passed with no delivery and the status is still โ€œOut for Delivery.โ€ Very disappointing service.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare messaged me that the issue was escalated and resolved but what was the resolution? Unclear??? Instead they just sent me a link to do a new recharge. Peak customer negligence and leaving them to buy new packs. I am requesting to port my number. Pls lmk the steps.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I recharged โ‚น239, which includes a JioHotstar subscription. But JioHotstar is still asking me to pay again. Vi app โ†’ Benefits shows the subscription is included, yet the content isnโ€™t available. JioHotstar says Vi needs to resolve it. Please fix this ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare My phone has 5G support, but I'm only getting 3G or 4G speeds. Why is this happening, and when will this problem be fixed? I've been having this problem for a while, and it's still showing 3G speeds. Am I using a free SIM card? And you guys say it's a 30-day recharge,

    @ViCustomerCare already shared my information but why you not helping?? issue is just with my Vi number , not with other Vi numbers. Just only on my number, network gets switch to 2g when someone calls me, this is frustratin @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
