@ViCustomerCare A new story I came to know from VI team. They raise complaint for you and cancel it without resolving the customer problem and that too customer remains unaware about cancellation of complaint. This is VI so called fastest 4G on paper.Negative customer support.

@ViCustomerCare most of us in our society (Globus Fab City Chunabhatti Bhopal) have Vi GSM connections but facing network problem since long time. Unable to talk from inside of houses. Internet speed is also poor. Pl resolve this issue otherwise we have to change operator
