    @ViCustomerCare Worst experience ever had. Haven't received any call yet. @TRAI please look into it. This company is charging double bill in single month unnecessary. And they don't have reason to justify it. When i asked for reversal of bill they have clearly denied

    @ViCustomerCare shocking to know that you charge INR100 to change my sim from Vodafone to Vi. As if I had asked you to merge with Idea Network. Pathetic staff in Basavangudi branch near Ramkrishna Ashram, Blr. Never seen a customer care representative being so rude.

    @ViCustomerCare I have been complaining to Vodafone Idea India since 5th of Dec that my Int Roaming service is not working even after taking the package but haven't received any proper answer yet and the service is also. Never seen such a bad serviec
