    @ViCustomerCare Poor network in our area. Calls often don’t connect, voice quality is unclear, and internet service is unreliable. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. World is living in 5G and you guys seems like 2G

    @ViCustomerCare I have 2 VI number, but because of bad network I am not able to call and also not able to use Internet. When I raised complaint, customer care just close the complaint without resolving. I think now it's time to change service providers

    @ViCustomerCare We have pathetic Vodafone network here in our area. Lodged complaint twice, no resolution or response yet. One resolution was to reset network settings of my phone!! Right now while tweeting I can see zero network bar on my phone!

    @ViCustomerCare You admitted the store agent’s error, yet my number 79765XXXXX is still suspended. No incoming/outgoing calls and no resolution. Kindly restore services immediately instead of giving contradictory responses.
