@ViCustomerCare Trying to watch the ODI series on @SonyLIV but internet is not working, even full 4G signal. Issue started yesterday morning & your local network team is aware of it. Somehow, they haven't been able to resolve it. Please escalate to your senior management so that they can assist.

@ViCustomerCare Called your helpline no to get my issue resolved but experienced an arrogant & unprofessional behavior from a lady. She doesn't have any idea on any topic. She disconnected my phone. If u r unable to train ur staff properly, do call me. I will teach how to do it.
