    @ViCustomerCare worst experience ever! I tried logging in to Cowin but I am NOT receiving any OTPs, all my friends and family are getting OTPs! I am missing out on vaccine slots due to this! Is there any solution to this? Or should I migrate to @airtelindia @reliancejio ?

    @ViCustomerCare I already raised a complaint in my last conversation with customer care for the same giving them area details as well but @ViCustomerCare is too arrogant to accept the fact and improve the network.

    In this situation of pandemic, everyone needs support but @ViCustomerCare is doing opposite of it. I don't know how many other customers will be there who would be facing the issue. God please help them all. 🙏🏻

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, was fed up with VI service no positive response, no proper solution. It's been 2 weeks raised an issue in recieving incoming calls issue. But no use. Unable to port.
