    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India I’m not deleting the number. +919953015328 is being used for marketing calls, which is illegal. Asking customers to remove evidence is not a resolution. Take action and confirm publicly.

    I never expected that switching to Vi would mean losing iMessage and FaceTime. Because of Vi, I have lost both. I barely use WhatsApp. 90 days without iMessage and FaceTime feels like torture. Big lesson learned. Thanks, Vi @ViCustomerCare

    I am still facing a 'No Service' issue in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, despite recharging my prepaid number with the ₹2,997 Annual IR pack. I have checked my DMs as requested, but the issue remains unresolved. My number is critical for OTPs. Please fix this urgently!" @ViCustomerCare

    @VodafoneIdea @ViCustomerCare Extremely disappointed with zero/poor network in Umbarde Kumbharwadi, Tal. Vaibhavwadi, Dist. Sindhudurg for weeks now. No calls connect, no data works. This is unacceptable for paying customers. #VodafoneIdea #Vi #NetworkIssue

    @ViCustomerCare My concern is very specific and requires a clear resolution: 1. I never authorized the ₹210.17 Vi Movies & TV subscription/auto-renewal. 2. I have repeatedly asked Vi to provide the activation, consent/OTP and usage proof, but I have not received it yet.

    @ViCustomerCare and charge me ₹210.17? If you claim that I subscribed to or used this service, then please provide clear proof of my consent/activation, including the activation date, time, method of activation, confirmation message/OTP, and the terms accepted by me.

    Finally got my deactivated number back! 🙌 @JioCare couldn’t help me while I was abroad. One email to @ViCustomerCare and they guided me through the process and helped me get my number back. Great service by Vi. Very disappointing support from Jio. Never porting to Jio again!

    @ViCustomerCare Have stayed with Vodafone from 2007 , still showing faith. Still facing normal network and Internet issues in Bangalore ! Pathetic , Airtel and jio works better

    @ViCustomerCare You are asking me to provide proof of what an agent told me about a plan months ago. How can an ordinary customer be expected to keep the agent's name, exact date/time, store details, or screenshots for six months? The responsibility of maintaining .
