Very poor service from @ViCustomerCare. Not being able to use internet in my area from past 7 days and they literally don't give any specific reason. Called the customer care and not being provided viable solution all they give is time frame. Who will compensate for my loss?.

@ViCustomerCare I've a problem with network my no 9738100330 every time i restart the phone the network will disappear.i have to eject the sim tray and re-insert sim then network appears I've been soo embarrassed with it. this issue I've been facing this issue since Ported to Vi
