    Fed up with @ViCustomerCare. Ordered a SIM on 22 Jul with same-day delivery. It’s 25 Jul and still no SIM. Support keeps saying, “Tomorrow.” There’s a Vi Mini Store next to my house but they can’t issue it. If you can’t deliver, stop selling SIMs online with false promises. 😡

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, My girlfriend also not sending me DM. It is open complaint and it is not getting resolved from your side. You just lying in DM. Post your answer in public so everybody will come to know how Vodafone idea is treating their customers.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I expect this matter to be treated as a priority and resolved at the earliest. If this unauthorized charge is not reversed promptly, I will have no option but to initiate the process of porting all my family’s Vi mobile connections to another service provider.

    @ViCustomerCare This repeated delay is extremely frustrating. I've already paid for the service but haven't received the SIM. Please look into this urgently and either deliver my SIM immediately or provide a proper resolution. I can share my order details via DM. #Vi #MNP #CustomerService
