  @sampra09 @ViCustomerCare @ViZzFans I too am a fan of idea, have other sim of vi. The old idea sim had faster 4g+ connectivity with VoLTE whereas my new number in VI was slower in data connection. Enquired with local VI support service provider where they demanded 150 for the SIM.

  @Sanskar83167458 @ViCustomerCare haan yrr dimag kharab kar ke rkha hua hai i am not even getting 40kbps properly and when we asked to their customer care regarding this problem they always says your problem has been resolved.... GHANTA Resolved.

  @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @vodafonein1 That's fine.then why your customer service executive is behaving such a rude and saying nothing can be improved? Remember your company is running because of our revenue. It's not like that you are doing any mercy or lenency to to the customers.

  @ViCustomerCare i am just to talk vi customer care executive but I am failed to do so , I have tried more than 20 times and what the hell your are doing . I can't use my internet but I can use internet on call but as I but the call on hang on the internet service would stop .

  @ViCustomerCare you offer worst customer care services,infact ill mannered and disgusting. 800 rupaye ke liye badtameezi krne se pehle atleast look at ur service,get some professionals..No network in my phone since last 2 months,ur technical team couldn't resolve as well
