    @ViCustomerCare 2. never found bill on email or vi app for addon nb, 3. Bill 828Rs gentd? How? today is Last day of year and have to spend with CC Please look into this issue on an urgent basis, otherwise I have to forcibly think of choosing another option. Happy New Year.

    If while calling me, the constant IVR you are getting is that my ‘number does not exist’ you may either send me a WhatsApp/email or join me in pleading to @ViCustomerCare to kindly pay heed to the 2-back to back complaints registered to solve the issue. #JanHitMainJaari
