    @dhwanildesai1 @VodafoneIN won't let you port without charging exit fees. They don't honour their promise of superior network, but expect us to pay exit fees. RedX plan has been a big scam

    @ViCustomerCare Still facing the same issue on all the sim cards.. in different phones.. Guys seems it is some problem with the network.. People from locality also facing issue of cross connections and silence time in between

    @VodafoneIN i have 3 Vodafone nos and all these no are having issues with incoming and outgoing services. This is very frustrated and worst service by VI please resolve this issues as i am facing this issue from June Please please look into this asap @Idea @TRAI

    I don't know. Y we are paying bills for Vodafone?? @VodafoneIN there is no network here .. unable to make calls .. ultimately it's useless..n still we are paying bills for it. Very disappointed with the service

    @VodafoneIN @Idea after raising several complaints no action from your team Forget about internet data you should first maintain your calling network Facing call receiving and call drop issues complaint id C004-83110435723 resolution by 19-Sep Today 22 still prblem is unsolved.

    @ViCustomerCare DCHD16052279635. Pls cancel porting request, & issue refund for prepaid plan purchased. 90 days locking period is not yet over regarding previous porting, hence porting not possible

    @ViCustomerCare Thanks but I will go ahead with porting. Received a call from your customer care executive saying I need to cancel the MNP as next step of porting. That is trying to fool a customer. Bye bye Vi.

    @VodafoneIN @KumarMBirla @rmstakkar please help us. We have paid thrice wife’s mobile bill but still outgoing calls have been barred... we are suffering for more than 1 month now. Customer care tells us everyday that it’s been rectified but it’s still the same irritating message

    @ViCustomerCare Appreciate your response. But what a seriously absurd way to solve this problem. I need to take a flight worth 12K to go to Pune to do my KYC in the nearest Vi store and pay Rs.50 for number reactivation. I'm in Chennai right now. Most absurd policy and process.

    @ViCustomerCare This is for your reference. As per our recent communication, regarding your network concern, please note that we have registered your network complaint with ref. no. MNG-V02075090944. The expected resolution date is 20 Apr '26 till 05.34 PM.

    @TRAI @DoT_India Are you aware of this #ViScam I have seen some post also. And face the same issue @ViCustomerCare wantedly disabling the customer sim, and forcing them to move postpaid to retain that number Kindly confirm whether u informed them to do it, or they r doing it.
