If you are not satisfied, you can log appeal at 198. This msg I received nothing happened problem is as it is call dropping and Slow net.

But still I am experiencing lot of connection issues. My call was getting disconnected every 15-20 seconds. At a time like this, network issues can cause a heavy loss. hope you understand the urgency of this situation.
