    @VodafoneIN facing pathetic network services. Calls dropping, calls failing, voice crackles, low speed 4G internet speed. Ticket logged (36359118831), but I am sure it’s of no use. The network issue persists since Vodafone merged with Idea.

The fact of the matter appears that all those call center guys and gals promise to register complaint actually r lying. Company only cares abt due date & payment.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare It seems you don’t value the time of your customers. I was told I’ll be getting a call-back from a ‘senior executive’ in 5-10 minutes. It’s been well over that. My issue remains unresolved since yesterday. @VodaIdea_NEWS
