@ViCustomerCare I can understand price hike will help you to provide better services to us but discontinuing double data offer is very bad decision, I was using your network just for this offer, Why should I recharge ₹839 when @airtelindia is offering same offer on ₹839 ?

@ViCustomerCare I went to Vodafone Goregaon West gallery there also they denied saying they don't have access to reverse wrong number recharge. @reliancejio and @airtelindia does provide it. Not happy with the service getting even though being customer from last 15years. Sorry to be remain in VI

@DoT_India Thanks for the support. Seems there is a miscommunication from @ViCustomerCare One associate informed we have to recharge min Rs 179 to use SMS service though we have a validity till Dec 20th. When I called again, they were able to clarify that point and resolved the issue.
