I called the helpline @ViCustomerCare and they refused to take my complaint because apparently I dont have the name of the first executive who did the fraud with me. I am giving you the number of this person yet you’re not taking my complaint.

The delivery executive hasn’t taken calls since 23rd Oct. If this is how @ViCustomerCare handles a simple SIM delivery, how can anyone trust your network for anything bigger? Utterly disappointed. 👎

@ViCustomerCare @ViNewsOfficial now i am in 712235 pin code & it is in kolkata circle but still i did not got 5g,plus i faced buffering issue from last night still it present.internet speed is very low.i made a wrong decision for port in vi.

@Ravisutanjani Using vodafone since 13-14 years for best among all I keep airtel a head . Main reason @ViCustomerCare losing sim is not working every 3 months last 2 sims changed 3 times that's the problem in Vi people are facing in jio our call get connected in conference call

@ViCustomerCare I'll raise a complaint through your App , I don't want any refund or days extension, I've already done recharge on that No. Just curious about the 28 days recharge turning into 26 days. However I think on CRED App it's 26 days and on VI app it's 28 days for Rs 189 @CRED_club
