@ViCustomerCare Vi has no network and no customer seevice. Jio has network but customer service is not good . Airtel has network and Airtel is over pricing policy and customer service is also bad . How normal customer live on this earth.

@ViCustomerCare since last one or more year.. i see these charges as soon i have balance you deduct it.called cust care and she promised to refund by 1aug but nthing happened.. while ur netwrk sucks,this wrong charging to customer & hv no shame.. who wud want to continue with such srvc provider?

@ViCustomerCare Why there is no network in VISAKHAPATNAM. Always interruption of service. What a service. Let Aditya Birla live without network for one day . Then he will know the pain . May he uses other network.

Hi @ViCustomerCare , I went to your Vi store to port my number to Vodafone, but your customer executive said, I have to port my number to postpaid first, only then it can be ported to prepaid. Is this the way you lure customer to opt for Vi postpaid ? #Vodafone
