    @ViCustomerCare The network is still poor, internet barely works, and calls frequently disconnect. To make matters worse, my complaint was closed without resolving the issue. How can a complaint be marked as resolved when the issue still exists and your own engineer acknowledged it?

    I had ported my Airtel sim to vi @ViCustomerCare i paid 854 online on their website but no one visited and delivered sim 48 hours passed , I contacted customer care 3+ times everytime they say 30 minutes but no call nothing happen no status update vi scammed me 854

    Dear Vodafone idea Your Networks have totally fail in my area from last 45 days . We have many problems regarding this network bcaz no call and internet in my area. Location is VIJAYGARH DISTT ALIGARH UP 202170 @VodafoneIT @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare you guys need to shut down. Safe custody Was due to expire on 17 July so extended it on 10th July. Today was informed that safe custody has EXPIRED. Tried to reactivate the nunber. Request Was processed successfully yet number is suspended. You have just lost another RedX customer
