    @ViCustomerCare Vi is really a pathetic, I was asked to change the sim card on account of network issues. Now the sim does not detect the network and the cs does not know how to handle the issue. @TRAI

    Worst conceivable experience @ViCustomerCare Excessive billing , bad and poor service, terrible customer relations. So happy to have ported number. #TRAI and @AshwiniVaishnaw ji this operator needs serious looking into.

    @ViCustomerCare my VOLTE service is get disable on incoming call(active on outgoing call) .after complaining many times from 1 month, today ur dumb customer executive told me that you have to change ur handset. So I am going to port out. Any suggestions @airtelindia or @JioCare
