    @VodafoneIN @Idea As per your assurance I waited till today. But still I am experiencing lot of connection issues. My call was getting disconnected every 15-20 seconds. At a time like this, network issues can cause a heavy loss. hope you understand the urgency of this situation.

    @VodafoneIN How come I have been charged National Roaming when we are under lockdown & cannot travel anywhere? No Customer Care numbers work, only recorded messages, & link which are useless. Has Vodafone Idea started extracting money!

    @ViCustomerCare VI network at pin code 799101 is completely zero; I can't even use the last recharge I purchased. Instead of providing the UPC code, the customer care team keeps insisting that I recharge again. Only Vodafone can commit such blatant fraud. If you care, share UPC to port number.
