    @VodafoneIN @Idea As per your assurance I waited till today. But still I am experiencing lot of connection issues. My call was getting disconnected every 15-20 seconds. At a time like this, network issues can cause a heavy loss. hope you understand the urgency of this situation.

    @ViCustomerCare worst services. Your store persons are very rude. When I bought postpaid they haven't asked for toom much formalities but now when I go to convert it in prepaid they are asking too much formalities. Like they don't want to convert it.
