    @ViCustomerCare I'm facing issues while making an international call. I tried contacting you via 199 and 198, the call is getting disconnected after the message "Thanks for calling Vi". I have message you as well but no response as well. Kindly resolve the issue.

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare "VI" network provider is not allowing any outgoing SMSes in it's plans. it is not allowing users to even send chargeable SMSes,even if the user has sufficient balance. please look into this and give a heavy penalty to VI.
