    @VodafoneIN How come I have been charged National Roaming when we are under lockdown & cannot travel anywhere? No Customer Care numbers work, only recorded messages, & link which are useless. Has Vodafone Idea started extracting money!

We have out-called the customer on 21.03.2022 at 05:45 PM and informed him that there is no balance deduction for the last month for the number. We requested the (1/2)
