@ViCustomerCare ON 6.03.2023 FROM MORNING VODAFONE IDEA HAS NO TOWER . MY RECHARGE WAS IN VAIN. I CAME TO VI FROM OTHER COMPANY FOR GET BETTER SERVICE BUT IN REALITY IT SHOULD NOT BE PORTED TO VI. VERY BAD SERVICE. BEING MOB NO-- 9476168812.

Disconnecting your @ViCustomerCare is a nightmare! After taking down the request to d/c they pile up your bill. Then they get goons to call you and pay up. You clear it to get them off your back & after 3 months they pile up bill and goons start calling you again. 🧵

I contacted your CC about this, they said they have no resolution for this and if they ever have a “solution” we’ll see what we can do about it. Really? If a customer had a fixed data of 30GB, is it fair to ask us to finish in 30 days to use your 5GB offer? @ViCustomerCare
