@ViCustomerCare Getting a SIM replacement shouldnt ever be an issue, no wonder you guys are running aground, if you cant simplify basic things how do you expect customers to stick around? I hope you can resolve the issue, otherwise, I dont want your service anymore.

@ViCustomerCare Had called for deactivation of sim.Rather than simply heeding the request, your cust care exec harassed saying tht sim cannot b deactivated for personal reasons & d company has not given them any authority to do so. What kinda crap is it? Pure harassment @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare despite recharged for 4G internet connection I am using as a 2G net. Thanks to your standard service. And after many complain there’s no improvement in your network. Thanks for such a constant service.

@ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare @consumerforum_ I'm very upset with the service of VI. Yesterday, I purchased VI mifi device and vi sim with 699 postpaid plan from VI store kalkaji. Their claim of 150Mbps is totally fake, i'm getting 18-30 mbps. Today they denied to refund.
