    @ViCustomerCare Sad that I am using a number since last eight years and without an information it is inactivated that is a big trouble for me as can’t receive my otps! Idea should take care of its loyal customers! Sad! Sad! Sad!

    @ViCustomerCare It's highly shameful that after waiting for 5 month u delivered me an expired cheque is it so difficult to return my security deposit . highly disgusting pathetic service response.

    @ViCustomerCare I lost my phone. Blocked the same by contacting customer care. Need the same number now and VI mini store in my area are permanently closed. Customer care says these stores are still operational and are continuously misbehaving. Need SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare I have complaint thousand of times related to network, internet and calling issues but your agents just call me and they give no response and when i hang up the call i get a msg your issue is resolved, you haven't listened my issue and saying it resolved #postpaid

    @ViCustomerCare What solution you have ? Will company call on my husband no. For i phone,as i shortlisted in #ViFanOfTheMatch contest on twitter. Shared the no. I booked but due to company mistake I haven't received that sim card . Will company select me again? Reply asap
