@ViCustomerCare Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. UPE-V00639944325. With this, you should not face any further network issues.Just in case you arent happy with our resolution,you can appeal at 198 (Toll Free) within 30 days,problem not solve till now. Why send it ?

@ViCustomerCare Below are the Vi customer care representatives who promised me to look into my refund issue but none got back to me with any solution or an answer - Siya, Ram, Sultan, Ranjani, Sparsh, Dharshan, Ritu, Yug. With such useless staff what can one expect from Vi.

@ViCustomerCare Sir this Blacklisting and deactivation is done thrice a week but then to issue keeps on repeating. Already requested to CC that user is senior citizen don't send the pop ups and activation message again and again but the company doesn't understand things
