    Extremely poor onboarding exp. with @ViCustomerCare Order ID: DCHD26082610651 is stuck since Aug 26. Made 4 calls to customer care, no update on delivery. Resolve this delay immediately or process a full refund of ₹365 so I can get a SIM from another provider. @VodafoneIdeaIN

    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone is a terrible network; calls to customer care won't even go through, confirming just how bad it has become. On top of that, the recharge plans are very expensive.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare You are losing customers by quarter bec you’ve stopped caring for individual ones. Mechanical CC Execs read from script, no matter what is asked. Network issue unresolved for many months. So here’s farewell, after almost a decade long association. Do better.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Dipika, I am not DMing. The issue is public. Vi numbers are being used for marketing calls. Asking for my number does not disconnect the spam numbers. Take action publicly and confirm it here.

    @ViCustomerCare i ported my family connections from Airtel and Jio to Vodafone postpaid. Number is ported but there is no network showing in both connecting after 12 hours yet. What is going on. Need resolution.

    Till now problem not solved yet neither your engineer visit my address for checking the network you always gave a false promises, they cheated to us to gave false promises....gyz i am very desatisfying for service of VI network day 1 gave false promises. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Also please change the script for the customer care persons Many people don't use chrome now so there is no need and no benifits of clearing cache of chrome or resetting the APN Noone change APN and that's not a solution Just saying it many times impolitely doesn't change it
