    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN This is a total system failure. I paid for a SIM over 7 days ago and now I’m told there is "no rider" to deliver it? Why take the payment if you can't provide the service? I want my SIM delivered immediately. This is no way to treat Indian consumer

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare No response in DM yet. Issue still unresolved. ₹398 MNP plan par “UL Data” dikhaya gaya tha, lekin sirf 1GB/day mil raha hai. Please resolve urgently or I will proceed with PG Portal complaint. #VI #MNP #ConsumerRights
