    @ViCustomerCare so, i always like maintaing a good main balance in my prepaid (say, many hundreds). WITH THIS HORRIBLE AUTO DEDUCTION BEHAVIOR, U R UNDERMINING MY ABILITY & RIGHT TO MAINTAIN A BALANCE. HOW LONG SHD I GO THRU THIS TORTURE? FOR WHAT?

    @ViCustomerCare Decided firm now, once I finish my prepaid services of this company, I will never renew their services again. NEVER. very very poor services. rating cud be 4/10, where 10 is the best.
