    @ViCustomerCare pathetic customer care support...I recharged prepaid number and later realised one digit was wrong in number, requested to correct the same to Call center as I have all the proofs I made the payment ...but hopeless response

    @ViCustomerCare there's no way in hell, I am going again to your store. I have went there given my docs they've taken my photo and told me the Sim will be activated in two hours. And now, asking me to visit the store, with physical copies again is no way a 'solution'.

    @anoopwritez Not yet. But considering the service offered by @ViCustomerCare and their store, the chance of me getting my stolen phone back is higher than getting a duplicate sim which i applied the FIR copy.

    I Think @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViVodaidea are not interested in customer service. I thought of giving a chance to VI, by reactivating my old number, as I got a Phone call after long stating me to Pay the dues. When I went to Store, they say "we cannot give the same no."

    @ViCustomerCare You are just doing copy paste in DM nothing fruitful with resolution. I have not received any call from your team and even they are sending message that i am not reachable. Really how you guys are managing service

    @ViCustomerCare Never buy any service from VI. They have always charge wrong amount added in their invoice. This time the charged Rs 2542 without any confirmation to me. VI is a froud company. Don't take VI services.

    @ViCustomerCare @RavinderTakkar, my issue of not receiving calls is back again. This is the 6th time that i am reporting this same problem & all the past resolutions have either been short-lived or failed. Go through the entire trail over here & do not ask me same questions.

    The issue is just with this Vi number, I have 2 other Airtel numbers and they work flawless @ViCustomerCare @rmstakkar - Get this fixed ASAP, else i have just 6 months for my annual prepaid connection to be done & i will be porting to Airtel or Jio after 6 months. Wake up call!!
