I am always complaint on my outgoing SMS service but you don't take any further action I am port my sim to another service it is very bad service 😡. @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare # vodaphone idea very wrost service 😡

@ViCustomerCare you really have created chaos in my life since last 10 days. I've been registering complaints after complaints and no result at all. Worst customer care support I've ever seen. Focus on customer's post sale services for god sake.

@ViCustomerCare I have ported my sim to vi but still it is not yet ported having no network went to store many times still no resolution my decision to switch to vi was wrong since it is my primary sim unable to use net banking also felling pathetic about vi service.
