@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@ViCustomerCare- if Vodafone can’t solve my problem kindly inform ,600 numbers we will shift in Airtel, as 15 days we are unable to access the internet, complaint is closed without any solution,technician isnt visiting my home premises and giving xyz reasons. Service is pathetic.

Facing the sms issue since 16th Jan and till date the issue is not resolved. VI is not providing any alternate way of PORT my sim. Is this legal to block a customer by sending/receiving sms and not allow to PORT VI sim. @jagograhakjago @ViCustomerCare
