@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

@ViCustomerCare u r spamming my no. with VI all night binge watching ads (50 times every night). I have done everything to disable these class 0 mszs (pop ups) but to no avail. Called customer care, they promised to disable it but nothing happened. Disable them for God’s sake.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Samar, no need to contact. The matter is already over. I'll make sure to move away from VI asap because of pathetic service and shady ways to get consumer information and contact them without concent. This shows how much you care about your customers and their privacy period.
