    @VodafoneIN Worst network operator I chose. Calls drop as often as rupee drops against the dollar. And then, even my internet stops working all of a sudden. I call 198 & 199, the call gets disconnected midway. Where do I go now? #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone network is pathetic at my place and facing same problem for almost 6 months now. Can you fix the network problem as we are on lockdown and need phone for working from home

    @Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

    @VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

    @ViCustomerCare No outgoing calls even though I have unlimited calls for the next 3 months. Hundreds of calls to various customer care, and lodging a complaint later, even after two weeks, no solution. What am I paying for? ****** customer service and a useless SIM?

    @ViCustomerCare I replaced my SIM card yesterday as suggested by one of your customer care advisor. Still data speed is very slow on my RedX number. Next time, I won't ask you, but quietly port my number.

    @ViCustomerCare My wife is in Gaur City 1 Noida and she says she can't call or use internet because there is hardly any network. When she is in Boran Road Bandra West she faces the same problem. Look u have looted us enough and now I won't be any Vodafone bills let it come.
