But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

However, in the smaller villages, your towers are located at a distance of 3.5 to 4 kilometers. Consequently, network coverage is very poor. Therefore, smaller towers should be installed in these small villages as well.

Calls disconnect continuously and your team keeps saying “no network issue found.” Stop fooling customers and hiding behind scripted replies. People pay full money for services, not excuse
