@ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @youbroadband I'm curious why you are operating the broadband arm and cellular arm separately instead of offering a triple play service like others would be easier on billing and customer care and one app for all services

@Being_Humor @VodafoneIN Its the same from last 15 years mostly because it operates on 1800 mhz frequency which is good for data but bad for voice. So its no use discussing or blaming them.

@VodafoneIN my sim got broken and I tried to customer care help line from other carrier but it’s not getting connected and also I taken duplicate sim but it’s not activated. But official conveyed that it will be activated in 4 hrs.

@TRAI I am registered on #donotdisturb. However I'm getting min 15 marketing calls . I logged complaint & was provided compliant number V00996862732. This is closed from @ViCustomerCare , however I still get marketing call. #DNDLIST has become a big joke.

The complaint is not getting solved and I got call from this number +91 836-9654493 who is talking side of mrs Mahek only and he is denying to give me and he is forcing me to pay the amount and he is talking very rudely. Very rude behaviour @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare
