  @ViCustomerCare I went to bed with my vi number working fine, woke up to no network, am told the sim is old and there could be physical damage. How is that possible. Was asked to pay INR 100 for new sim issuance, all this for no fault of mine. @TRAI please take note

  @ViCustomerCare I wish to port out. Your network is pathetic and the VOLTE is not working. Unable to connect to the Internet. Using the other sim. Pathetic would be an understatement for your network.

  Hey @ViCustomerCare I have been facing a weird problem with my VI sim. Whenever I am on 2g/3g mode I getting call waiting notification. But when I am on 4g VOLTE mode I am not getting this msg. And my friend who have VI they are not hvng this issue. So help.

  @ViCustomerCare I made a lot of time waste by using jio, Airtel etc...But whatever it is past is past... atleast now I am able to find the true network which provides high speed data speed at villages
