@ViCustomerCare pathetic network coverage in Pune. Volte calls have become a pain. Need to make 2-3 calls for every 1 call. Complaint raised several times, but you don't seem to bother!!

@ViCustomerCare It's surprising for me that my wife is using 4G network from @airtelindia from the very same room whereas I can't use even 2G network speed from you guys. I feel sorry for myself as I am using 2 VI connections at the moment and not able to use any one of them. #Pathetic

@TRAI Please take strong action against @ViCustomerCare . I am unable to make calls to BSNL numbers. Complaint so many times but they have no wish to solve my problem. I've unlimited calling plan. But unable to make calls. Shame on VI.
