    @ViCustomerCare You all are sorry from march !! Still not solution, yet i always get a call to getting informed that its best possible network i am getting. In which i am only able to use internet from late night till early morning. That often have issues.

    @ViCustomerCare , I have ported on 13th Dec 2025 from BSNL to Vi, The network bar has come to my Vi sim at 18.00 hrs on 14.12.2025 but cannot call on 59059 for verification, kindly help me out and do this as early as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare internet not working since yesterday. Since last evening till now its absolutely **** unable to send WhatsApp msz or mails, Only worked last late night till early morning. After that its completely shut District pilibhit Town puranpur Up west Pin 262122

    @ViCustomerCare Sanjita check properly i have made several complains, last was between 2-6 december. And resolution date given was 8 december. Still unable to send WhatsApp messages and having so much issue with ig reels, and internet browsing even after clearing cache and all possible tasks

    @ViCustomerCare had been to your store for ownership change. Customer service executive is not customer centric. Have again called me tomorrow. They want me to take a higher plan. I am a postpaid customer since more than 20 years.

    Choosing @ViCustomerCare for a new SIM was a big mistake. I selected my number yesterday, but the SIM is still not delivered.Instead of proper service, I am forced to call delivery agents myself. Very poor and disappointing experience. Order ID: DCHD14122513318 @ViNewsOfficial

    I recharged Vi with ₹101 on 10 Dec for 30 days including SMS benefits. Now it shows expired in just 5 days without usage. Unable to reach Vi customer care. Please resolve this issue ASAP. @ViCustomerCare
