  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare To my utter disgust, they are sending me an invoice of Rs. 179.53 for services that they could not fulfill as promised. I had been their customer who paid 6 months in advance. This is how they repay their loyal customers.

  I never expected that switching to Vi would mean losing iMessage and FaceTime. Because of Vi, I have lost both. I barely use WhatsApp. 90 days without iMessage and FaceTime feels like torture. Big lesson learned. Thanks, Vi @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare your app doesn't allow payment through UPI if a UPI app is not installed on that particular handset. It's not possible to install UPI app on each & every device, still this stupid limitation. Other apps have an option to scan a QR code, why can't you provide one?

  @ViCustomerCare I did a ₹299 recharge on 16-07-2026 and another recharge on 30-07-2026. However, my plan is showing expired .Why hasn't the queued recharge activated? Please look into this and resolve the issue urgently. #ViHelp #ViCustomerCare
