  @ViCustomerCare is it so difficult to change my Postpaid plan which I have been struggling for last 2 months. And due to this, extra rental which your team denies to waive off. system issue should not impact customer financially. Also, ISD charges have been added in my bill.

  @ViCustomerCare Nobody calls... All false care.. they charge themselves and then stick to it.. they have their own reasons of earning money. I am ready to donate 100 rs if ask for to revive vodafone and their employees. But, on the name of inflated charges never... @ViCustomerCare 53516is fraud

  @ViCustomerCare Horrible network, even though it's sunny outside. Have complained 3-4 times this year but no improvement. Pathetic service. Is this the best you can do after charging Rs. 1300 per month for RedX Plan?
