@ViCustomerCare could work a lot better if you train your customer care representatives on listening skills, and while you are doing that - please also inform them about the services you offer. And the reasons for taking unilateral decisions on your customers' behalf.

@ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare despite checking w/ support & on VI app, I see no outstanding amount. All bills are paid. Yet daily I receive SMS from official VICare with “warnings”. The 2 numbers shared in the SMS do not answer calls. Pathetic experience w/ new VI number.

Had been to Vi shop but it closed before 6.30 PM. I cannot use phone since last 4 days. I bought a new airtel sim today and if I am happy with the network I will port my existing number to airtel or jio @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare There is no speed to VI network complaint so many tym but useless work even no netwrk for 3g .Day after tmwrw my Rechrge will get over and i will find some another Sim which has great connectivity
