    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia The app doesn’t work, customer care keeps redirecting, and the store staff are not helping. This is extremely frustrating and unfair. My number is already barred because of this delay from your side. Please resolve this immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare Completely unacceptable service. Suspended my active postpaid number without proper clarification and kept delaying resolution even after store visits and verification. Because of this unprofessional handling, I’m now planning to port to Jio or Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare can you please tell me what happened suddenly the internet is working and then suddenly it stops and can't use phone call + internet even showing full 5g bars and all I was in very urgent state and have to call but you're services really sucks at my place

    @ViCustomerCare @_nitink Vodafone is pretty much the dregs! Even the top management does not concern itself with complaints or unhappy customers; that attitude has percolated down to the lower rungs of the ladder! Shame on Abhijit Kishore and Avneesh Khosla!!
