    @ViCustomerCare My sim is not working, went to store @ Baner, Pune Executive says need my mother needs to be physically present for "Live photo" Not ready 2 understand she is aged & can't travel to store. Nt ready to issue fresh sim by signing/providing original ID. Stone age 1/2

    @ViCustomerCare The network seems to be irreversibly going from bad to worst. Your execs call up ten times to know why we want to port our number but there don't seem any way the network is improving. Zero value for the money we pay to Vodafone or Vi or whatever you call yurslf.

    @ViCustomerCare I am a customer of Vodafone from 2009 and I never ported my number which was my right decision. Last night I got a downloading speed of 6.8 Mbps for which I am very satisfied with the services of #vodafoneidea Thank you
