    @ViCustomerCare It doesn't help. Your Vodafone store is refusing any circle change till I have my sim and my sim I won't get till I go to Mumbai. This is ridiculous.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue is same as your agent again did negative verification instead of calling me on my no. This is the pathetic service I am suffering. You told me to wait for 30 june and now the raised request is closed by doing nothing. Don't go with postpaid online ordering.

    Ironically, @ViCustomerCare is not letting me recharge my vi prepaid. How? Because Vi has blocked the incoming SMS service.
